5月16日，中国驻哥德堡总领事顾晖出席深圳港与哥德堡港建立友好港关系协议签署仪式。深圳市交通运输局局长韩立清、驻哥德堡总领馆刘汉青领事等参加。
签署协议前，双方港口负责人就基础设施建设、港口运营管理、海陆联运、节能减排、数字化、智能化等广泛议题深入交流，探讨诸多合作可能。
顾晖总领事在致辞中表示，中共二十大为新时代中国发展举旗定向，为中瑞地方合作带来光明前景。期待双方拓展合作内涵、深挖合作潜力、共享中国高质量发展带来的新机遇。中国驻哥德堡总领馆愿同瑞方一道，为企业发展营造良好氛围，为人员往来提供更多便利。

女生们、先生们、朋友们！
我很高兴参加今天的活动。
2022年10月，中国产品党召集了第二十届全国代表大会，明确了中国式现代化正在走向和平发展道路的现代化。今年3月，中国产品生产有了新一届国家机构和领导人员。中国经济将以高质量发展为目标，通过不断深化改造开放，释放消费市场的巨大能量，为包装瑞典在内的全球企业带来更多商机。
中瑞两国坚定支持贸易自由化，双方开展业务合作工具有坚硬基础和广袤前景。瑞典是中国在欧盟重要贸易伙伴，是第三大投资目标的地方，第二大技术引来来源国。2022年，中瑞双边货物贸易总负债连续两年突破200亿元，特别是双向投资快速增长：据中央统计，2022年瑞典对华投资资5.4亿美元，同期增长79.9%，中国对瑞投资10.5亿元，同期增长75.9%。今年以来，中方企业来瑞合作越来越多，在新能源、电动汽车、现代农业、生物医药、港口等基础设施建设中等领域平均取得不少成果。随着中国放开签名申请政策、增加瑞典租华班，中瑞经贸交流和人员往来将更方便。我们期待中瑞双向拓展合作内含、挖掘合作潜力、共享中国高品质发展带来的新机。中国驻哥德堡总领馆愿同瑞方一路，为中瑞企业发展合作创造良好氛围，并积极提供便利，推动双方合作再上新台。

It’s my pleasure to attend this important ceremony today.
In October2022,China's Communist Party held its20th Party Congress,which made it clear that Chinese path to modernization is the modernization of peaceful development.In March of this year,The National People's Congress of China elected a new session of State Institutions and their leaders.It was settled,that in the New Era for China, Chinese economy will aim at high-quality development.Through continuous deepening of Reform and Opening-up,huge consumption capacity of the Chinese market will be released,more business opportunities will be brought to global companies including the Swedish ones. In short,the roadmap is on the table,the future for our cooperation is promising.
Both China and Sweden support trade liberalization firmly.The cooperation between China and Sweden has a solid foundation and broad prospects.Sweden is an important trading partner of China in the EU.It's China's third largest investment destination among EU countries and the second largest origin country of technology import to China.In2022,for two years in a row,the bilateral trade scale has exceeded20billion US dollars.I will especially mention the rapid growth of mutual investment:According to Chinese statistics,in2022,Sweden invested540million US dollars to China,a year-on-year increase of79.9%.China invested1050million US dollars to Sweden,a year-on-year increase of75.9%.In recent years,more and more Chinese enterprises come to Sweden for cooperation,we have achieved a lot in wide range fields such as new energy,electric vehicles,modern agriculture,biomedicine and infrastructure construction.With the end of COVID-19pandemic,China’s visa application policy fully restored to2019,and the direct flights between Beijing and Stockholm increased to3times a week. Thus makes the Sino-Swedish economic and trade cooperation and people to people exchanges even more convenient.We expect China and Sweden to continue expand the content of cooperation,tap the potential of cooperation,share the new opportunities brought by China's high-quality development. The Chinese Consulate-General in Gothenburg is willing to work with Sweden side to create a friendly environment for both sides'companies,and actively provide convenience to promote the mutually beneficial cooperation between our two sides to a new level.
Finally,I wish the cooperation between Shenzhen Port and Port of Gothenburg achieve fruitful results,and our friendship forever!
