3月1日，由广西自治区园区办、自治区政府驻京办和防城港市委、市政府联合主办的2025中国—东盟产业合作区防城港片区（北京）招商推介会在北京市广西大厦举行。防城港市委书记黄江，自治区园区办党组成员、副主任，自治区投促局副局长覃元臻，自治区政府驻京办副主任杨柳霖出席并致辞，市委常委、统战部部长黎家迎主持。
黄江代表防城港市委、市政府向前来参会的领导嘉宾和企业家表示热烈欢迎，向长期以来关心支持防城港市经济社会发展的各界人士表示感谢。她指出，近年来，在党中央、国务院和自治区党委、政府的高度重视和关心关怀下，围绕自治区建设“一区两地一园一通道”战略任务，防城港市加快建设现代化临港工业城市，连续4年GDP增速排全区前列，经济社会持续保持向上向好的发展态势。防城港市作出实施招大引强突破年、重大项目突破年和改革攻坚突破年“三个突破年”行动的决策，是贯彻落实党的二十届三中全会精神和自治区党委、政府决策部署，推动经济高质量发展的具体举措，是贯穿全年工作的主抓手，也是补齐短板增强发展后劲和保持经济活力的有效支撑。在防城港市创新创业其时已至、其势已成、其兴可待，希望广大企业家多到防城港市走一走、看一看，加深相互了解，增进彼此友谊，找准合作方向，将防城港市作为投资兴业的首选之地，与防城港市携手布局新赛道，共享发展新机遇，共拓东盟大市场。防城港市将全力构建一流营商环境，用心用情用力为企业做好全流程服务，让企业家放心投资、安心经营、专心发展，实现互利共赢。

杨柳霖表示，广西驻京办将充分发挥桥梁纽带作用，积极为防城港市与北京市及其他地区的企业合作牵线搭桥，助力防城港市招商引资工作取得更大成效。
推介会上，与会领导嘉宾一同观看了防城港市宣传片，并为防城港市招商大使颁发聘书，共同见证项目签约。副市长禤东作我市投资环境推介，医学试验区工作办和各县（市、区）分别作招商推介，太平洋建设集团、中科伊和智能医疗科技（广西）有限公司等企业代表作了发言。据了解，此次推介会成功签约项目15个，总投资额达223.44亿元，签约项目涵盖先进制造、人工智能、边贸加工、跨境贸易、新能源等多个领域，将为防城港市经济高质量发展注入新活力。

On March1,the2025China-ASEAN Industrial Cooperation Zone Fangchenggang Area(Beijing)Investment Promotion Conference,co-hosted by the Guangxi Autonomous Region Industrial Park Office,the Guangxi Government Beijing Office,and the Fangchenggang Municipal Party Committee and Government,was successfully held at the Guangxi Building in Beijing.Huang Jiang,Secretary of the Fangchenggang Municipal Party Committee;Qin Yuanzhen,Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Guangxi Industrial Park Office and Deputy Director of the Guangxi Investment Promotion Bureau;and Yang Liulin,Deputy Director of the Guangxi Government Beijing Office,attended and delivered speeches.The event was presided over by Li Jiaying,Member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Minister of the United Front Work Department.
Huang Jiang,on behalf of the Fangchenggang Municipal Party Committee and Government,extended a warm welcome to the leaders,guests,and entrepreneurs attending the conference and expressed gratitude to individuals from all sectors who have long supported the city’s economic and social development.She noted that in recent years,under the high attention and care of the Party Central Committee,the State Council,and the Guangxi Autonomous Region Party Committee and Government,Fangchenggang has accelerated its development into a modern port industrial city,aligning with the strategic tasks of building"one zone,two bases,one park,and one corridor"in the autonomous region.For four consecutive years,the city’s GDP growth has ranked among the top in the region,maintaining an upward and positive development trend.
The decision to implement the"Three Breakthrough Years"action—focusing on attracting large-scale investments,advancing major projects,and achieving reform breakthroughs—is a concrete measure to implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the20th CPC Central Committee and the decisions of the autonomous region’s Party Committee and Government.It serves as a key driver for promoting high-quality economic development throughout the year,addressing shortcomings,enhancing development momentum,and sustaining economic vitality.Huang Jiang emphasized that the time is ripe,the momentum is in place,and the prospects are promising for innovation and entrepreneurship in Fangchenggang.She invited entrepreneurs to visit the city,deepen mutual understanding,strengthen friendships,identify cooperation opportunities,and consider Fangchenggang as a top choice for investment and business.She pledged that the city would work hand in hand with investors to explore new opportunities,share development prospects,and tap into the vast ASEAN market while striving to build a first-class business environment and providing wholehearted,dedicated services to ensure entrepreneurs can invest with confidence,operate with peace of mind,and focus on growth for mutual benefit.
Qin Yuanzhen stated that Guangxi is actively integrating into national development strategies and comprehensively strengthening industrial cooperation with ASEAN countries.As a key component of the China-ASEAN Industrial Cooperation Zone,Fangchenggang boasts unique geographical advantages,robust policy support,and vast development potential.He encouraged entrepreneurs to seize these opportunities and actively participate in the city’s economic and social development to jointly explore broader markets.
Yang Liulin remarked that the Guangxi Beijing Office would fully leverage its role as a bridge to facilitate cooperation between Fangchenggang and enterprises in Beijing and other regions,contributing to even greater success in the city’s investment promotion efforts.
During the conference,attending leaders and guests watched a promotional video about Fangchenggang,presented appointment letters to the city’s investment promotion ambassadors,and witnessed the signing of project agreements.Deputy Mayor Ruan Dong introduced the city’s investment environment,while representatives from the Medical Experimental Zone Office and various counties(cities,districts)delivered investment promotion presentations.Representatives from enterprises such as Pacific Construction Group and Zhongke Yihe Intelligent Medical Technology(Guangxi)Co.,Ltd.also spoke.According to reports,the conference successfully signed15projects with a total investment of22.344billion yuan,covering fields such as advanced manufacturing,artificial intelligence,border trade processing,cross-border trade,and new energy.These projects will inject new vitality into Fangchenggang’s high-quality economic development.
Prior to the conference,Huang Jiang met with several participating entrepreneur representatives.
City leaders Chen Guangjiong and Chen Jianlin,principal leaders of the Party committees of various counties(cities,districts),key officials from relevant municipal departments,and over160prominent entrepreneurs and industry experts attended the event.
