在广西来宾市忻城县红渡镇600亩现代化桑园示范基地，智慧水肥一体化系统正对连片桑园进行精准喷灌；不远处缫丝厂智能缫丝车间里，温湿度传感器实时调控环境，确保每根生丝达到5A级标准。从桑园到丝厂，这个“桑蚕之乡”正以科技重塑产业，织就出海“新丝路”。
At the600-mu modern mulberry demonstration base in Hongdu Town,Xincheng County,Laibin City,Guangxi,an intelligent water and fertilizer integration system is precisely irrigating the vast mulberry fields.Nearby,in the automated reeling workshop of a silk factory,temperature and humidity sensors ensure that each strand of raw silk meets the top5A standard.From mulberry fields to silk factories,this“hometown of sericulture”is transforming its traditional silk industry through technology,weaving a“New Silk Road”that extends across continents.

11月16日，“探寻产业数智赋能共话高质量发展”——2025年境外媒体来宾行活动采访团走进广西来宾忻城县，了解一根丝“智变”。
On November16,The“Exploring Smart Industrial Empowerment for High-Quality Development”—2025Overseas Media Tour visited Xincheng County,Laibin,Guangxi,to see firsthand the“smart transformation”driven by a single silk thread.
忻城县素有“桑蚕之乡”美誉，桑蚕产业覆盖全县27.6万人，约占全县总人口的65%。近年来，当地紧抓“东桑西移”“东绸西移”机遇，依托粤桂协作推动产业从传统种养向精深加工全面升级，形成完整的“桑—蚕—茧—丝—绸”产业链条。
Xincheng County,known as the“Hometown of Sericulture,”has over276,000residents—65%of its population—engaged in mulberry and silkworm cultivation.In recent years,the county has seized the opportunities of the“Silkworm Industry Migration from East to West”and“Silk Industry Migration from East to West”initiatives,leveraging Guangdong-Guangxi cooperation to upgrade from traditional breeding to advanced processing,building a complete industrial chain from mulberry to silk fabric.
在忻城茧丝绸产业园一期车间，工人们正在泡丝、络丝、并丝、倍捻、倒筒、织造、印花等工序上忙碌，从一根丝到一匹布，“我们从深圳西进落户忻城，正是看中这里26万亩桑园和7万养蚕农户的产业基础。”产业园运营方广西同益国丝发展有限公司常务副总经理韦懿宸介绍。
In the Phase I workshop of Xincheng Silk Industry Park,workers are busy soaking,reeling,twisting,doubling,winding,weaving,and printing—turning a single strand of silk into a roll of fabric.“We moved west from Shenzhen to Xincheng precisely because of its260,000mu of mulberry fields and70,000silkworm-farming households,”explained Wei Yichen,Executive Deputy General Manager of Guangxi Tongyi National Silk Development Co.,Ltd.,the park’s operator.
从小生长在桑蚕家庭的韦懿宸是产业变迁的见证者。她表示：“过去农民养桑蚕是靠天吃饭，县里只有缫丝初加工，现在养蚕、生丝都变成‘技术活’。”该产业园改写广西无真丝绸智能化炼染印精加工生产的历史，并带动忻城县及周边桑园改良，每亩农户收入提高50%以上。
Growing up in a sericulture family,Wei has witnessed the industry’s transformation.“In the past,farmers relied on the weather to raise silkworms.There was only basic reeling in the county.Now,both sericulture and silk reeling have become skilled,tech-driven work,”she shared.The industrial park has ended Guangxi’s lack of intelligent silk processing facilities and has improved the mulberry fields in and around Xincheng,increasing farmers’income by over50%per mu.
从种好“一棵桑”、养好“一张蚕”到拉好“一条链”，忻城县以科技创新驱动产业升级。其在桑园改良、小蚕共育、大蚕饲养等关键环节加强攻关，先后建成11个标准化桑蚕养殖基地，实施小蚕工厂化集中共育，向蚕农销售四龄优质蚕；并通过“智慧蚕房管家”5G系统，为蚕农提供远程服务和技术指导，提高家蚕成活率和蚕茧产量。
From growing“one mulberry tree,”raising“one silkworm box,”to forging“one industrial chain,”Xincheng is driving industry upgrades through innovation.It has modernized key stages including mulberry cultivation,breeding of early-stage silkworms,and feeding of mature silkworms.To date,11standardized sericulture bases have been built.Farmers now buy high-quality fourth-instar silkworms reared in centralized smart facilities and receive remote services and technical guidance via the“Smart Silkworm Room Manager,”powered by5G.This has significantly improved silkworm survival rates and cocoon yields.

如今，“一根丝”不仅托起农民致富梦，更远销欧美，成为多个奢侈品牌的指定原料。在忻城县恒业丝绸有限公司车间，机器正从热水浸泡的蚕茧中的“千丝万缕”里牵引丝头，缠绕成框。一捆捆生丝出炉，在工人的整理后散发着珍珠般温润的光泽。
Today,a single strand of silk not only carries the hope of rural prosperity—it also reaches Europe and the United States as a designated raw material for luxury brands.In the workshop of Hengye Silk Co.,Ltd.in Xincheng,machines gently pull out silk threads from cocoons soaked in hot water,winding them into bundles.These bundles of raw silk,once processed,shimmer like pearls.
该厂从业十余年的财务主管韦梦华表示：“过去一吨生丝卖20多万元（人民币，下同），现在最高能卖到50万元，价格翻了一倍。”目前，该企业年产值达2.4亿元，半数生丝出口至东盟和西欧，成为高档服装、围巾等面料。
“We used to sell one ton of raw silk for over200,000RMB.Now it can go for up to500,000RMB—the price has doubled,”said Wei Menghua,the company’s chief accountant of over a decade.The company now boasts an annual output value of240million RMB,with half of its raw silk exported to ASEAN and Western Europe,where it is used in high-end clothing and scarves.
目前，忻城茧丝绸产业园已建成18栋标准厂房，涵盖蚕茧收烘、缫丝、织绸、炼白、染色印花等全流程，一期累计生产真丝绸410万米，产值达2.1亿元。
To date,the Xincheng Silk Industrial Park has constructed18standardized factory buildings,covering the entire production chain from cocoon drying and reeling to weaving,bleaching,dyeing,and printing.Phase I alone has produced4.1million meters of silk fabric,valued at210million RMB.
韦懿宸表示：“下一步，产业园计划引进服装、家纺等企业，开发出蚕丝被、打造真丝高级定制服装品牌等等。”根据规划，忻城茧丝绸产业园将补齐缫丝、炼白、染色、家纺等高附加值环节，织出一条出海“新丝路”。
“We plan to introduce apparel and home textile enterprises next,and develop products such as silk quilts and high-end custom silk garments,”said Wei Yichen.The industrial park aims to further expand into high value-added sectors such as advanced reeling,bleaching,dyeing,and home furnishings—ultimately weaving a new Silk Road that reaches the world.
目前，来宾市拥有9家规模以上茧丝绸企业。2024年，全市生丝产量约2000吨，工业总产值10亿元。(完)
