【北欧时报特派记者海南报道】2026年4月13日,由中国商务部与海南省人民政府共同主办的第六届中国国际消费品博览会(以下简称“消博会”)在海南国际会展中心隆重开幕。作为“十五五”规划开局之年的首场国家级重大展会,同时也是海南自由贸易港全岛封关运作后的“首秀”,本届消博会以“开放引领全球消费,创新驱动美好生活”为主题,汇聚全球消费精品,向世界展现中国市场的澎湃活力与海南自贸港的开放新姿。

[Nordic Chinese Times Special Correspondent,Hainan]On April13,2026,the6th China International Consumer Products Expo(CICPE),jointly hosted by the Ministry of Commerce of China and the People’s Government of Hainan Province,opened grandly at the Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center.As the first major national-level exhibition in the opening year of China’s15th Five-Year Plan,and the first major showcase following the island-wide customs closure of the Hainan Free Trade Port,this year’s Expo,themed“Openness Drives Global Consumption,Innovation Creates a Better Life,”brings together premium consumer products from around the world,showcasing the vitality of China’s market and the new openness of Hainan FTP.

规模空前:国际参与度创历史新高

Unprecedented Scale:Record High International Participation

本届消博会展览总面积达14.3万平方米,较上届增加1.3万平方米。来自全球60多个国家和地区的超过3400个品牌齐聚海南,其中国际展品占比高达65%,较去年大幅提升20个百分点。瑞士、捷克、爱尔兰等12个国家(地区)组织了官方代表团参展,俄罗斯、保加利亚等国更是首次在消博会设立国家馆。主宾国加拿大搭建了400平方米的国家馆,组织近40家本土企业参展,并策划了“枫味加肴”美食节等系列活动。

The exhibition area of this year’s Expo reaches143,000square meters,an increase of13,000square meters compared to the previous edition.More than3,400brands from over60countries and regions are participating,with international exhibits accounting for65%,a significant20-percentage-point increase year-on-year.Twelve countries and regions,including Switzerland,the Czech Republic,and Ireland,have organized official delegations,while Russia and Bulgaria have set up national pavilions for the first time.Canada,the Guest Country of Honor,has established a400-square-meter pavilion,bringing nearly40domestic enterprises and hosting themed events such as the“Maple Gastronomy Festival.”

精品云集:“首发首秀”成为核心亮点

A Showcase of Premier Products:Global Debuts Take Center Stage

“全球首发、亚太首展、中国首秀”是本届消博会的鲜明标签。组委会全新打造了“消博新品秀”IP,在4月13日至15日期间,围绕省市、国别、健康消费、时尚消费、科技消费五大主题,密集推出40余场新品发布活动,涉及近百个国内外品牌。国际头部企业如雅诗兰黛、欧莱雅、资生堂等集团独立设展;高端消费品领域,宾利、兰博基尼、奥迪、杜卡迪等品牌再度回归,华为鸿蒙智行全场景解决方案及多款新车也迎来首秀。

“Global Debut,Asia-Pacific First Show,China Premiere”are the defining highlights of this Expo.The organizing committee has launched a new“CICPE New Product Show”platform,hosting over40product launch events from April13to15across five themes:provincial showcases,national showcases,health consumption,fashion consumption,and tech consumption,involving nearly100domestic and international brands.Global giants such as Estée Lauder,L’Oréal,and Shiseido have set up independent exhibition zones.In the high-end segment,brands including Bentley,Lamborghini,Audi,and Ducati have returned,while Huawei is presenting its HarmonyOS-powered smart mobility ecosystem and several new vehicle debuts.

背靠巨市:中国消费引擎持续轰鸣

Backed by a Massive Market:China’s Consumption Engine Keeps Roaring

消博会的火热,其根基在于中国这个全球第二大消费市场的稳健增长。根据中国国家统计局数据,2025年中国社会消费品零售总额历史性突破50万亿元人民币,达到501202亿元,比上年增长3.7%。服务零售额增长5.5%,实物商品网上零售额占比达26.1%,消费新业态、新模式蓬勃发展。中国正坚定不移实施扩大内需战略,建设全国统一大市场,为全球企业提供共享机遇的广阔平台。

The success of the Expo is rooted in the steady growth of China,the world’s second-largest consumer market.According to the National Bureau of Statistics,China’s total retail sales of consumer goods exceeded RMB50trillion for the first time in2025,reaching RMB50.12trillion,up3.7%year-on-year.Service retail sales grew by5.5%,and online retail sales of physical goods accounted for26.1%.New consumption models and formats are thriving.China continues to implement its strategy of expanding domestic demand and building a unified national market,offering vast opportunities for global enterprises.

政策赋能:自贸港封关红利加速释放

Policy Empowerment:FTP Benefits Accelerate After Customs Closure

本届消博会是海南自贸港自2025年12月18日全岛封关运作后举办的首场重大展会,意义非凡。封关运作百余天来,政策红利已从“纸面”落到“地面”。“一线”放开方面,“零关税”进口商品负面清单管理范围大幅扩大;“二线”管住方面,加工增值货物内销免关税政策全面优化落地。封关首月,海南离岛免税销售额同比增长46.8%;至2026年2月底,货物贸易进出口额同比增长29.1%,市场活力得到有效激发。

This Expo marks the first major exhibition since the Hainan Free Trade Port implemented island-wide customs closure on December18,2025.Over the past100days,policy benefits have moved from blueprint to reality.On the“first line”(external trade),the scope of zero-tariff imports has been significantly expanded.On the“second line”(internal control),policies exempting tariffs on value-added processed goods sold domestically have been optimized.In the first month after closure,offshore duty-free sales in Hainan surged by46.8%year-on-year,and by the end of February2026,total imports and exports of goods increased by29.1%,demonstrating strong market vitality.

在开幕式上,中方代表强调,中国将坚持高水平对外开放,主动对接国际高标准经贸规则,持续打造市场化、法治化、国际化的一流营商环境。消博会不仅是商品的展台,更是合作的桥梁、共赢的窗口。它生动诠释了中国通过自身高质量发展为世界经济注入确定性的承诺,也标志着海南正加速成为引领中国新时代对外开放的重要门户。

At the opening ceremony,Chinese representatives emphasized that China will remain committed to high-level opening-up,proactively aligning with international high-standard economic and trade rules,and continuously improving a market-oriented,law-based,and internationalized business environment.The Expo is not only a platform for products but also a bridge for cooperation and a window for mutual benefit.It embodies China’s commitment to injecting certainty into the global economy through high-quality development and signals Hainan’s accelerating role as a key gateway for China’s new era of opening-up.

第六届中国国际消费品博览会将持续至4月18日。这场亚太地区规模最大的消费精品盛宴,正在南海之滨谱写开放与合作的新篇章。

The6th China International Consumer Products Expo will run until April18.As the largest premium consumer goods exhibition in the Asia-Pacific region,it is writing a new chapter of openness and cooperation along the shores of the South China Sea.
