（北欧时报斯德哥尔摩9月24日讯图文记者/RobinHo）2023年9月24日，斯德哥尔摩音乐厅在秋日的阳光下显得格外璀璨，为庆祝中华人民共和国74周年国庆举行了一场盛大的招待会。这个隆重的活动汇集了来自瑞典政府、工商界、教育界、科学界、文化界等各领域的代表，以及各国驻瑞典使节、旅瑞华侨、华人社团、留学生、中资机构代表等700余人。
斯德哥尔摩的秋天带来了宜人的景色，金风送爽。在这美丽的季节里，中国驻瑞典大使崔爱民和夫人李丽红以及使馆主要负责人热情地迎接了各界来宾。在诺贝尔颁奖的音乐厅内，灯火辉煌，洋溢着庄重、友好、热烈、喜庆的节日氛围。

下午5时整，全场起立，音乐厅内先后响起瑞典和中国国歌，庆祝中华人民共和国成立74周年国庆招待会正式拉开帷幕，嘉宾们聆听哼唱中瑞两国国歌，为两国建交74年来取得的成就默祷祝福。

崔爱民大使在招待会上发表了热情洋溢的致辞。他首先回顾了新中国成立74年来的辉煌历程，强调中国共产党的领导下，中国人民在团结一心、接续奋斗的道路上取得了举世瞩目的发展成就。他特别提到了中国特色社会主义进入新时代以来，中国政府积极推动的历史性减贫成就，以及如期全面建成小康社会的重大里程碑。崔大使还强调中国在全球经济复苏和可持续发展面临挑战的背景下，经济总体回升向好，将继续成为世界经济发展的重要支持力量，为各国提供更多机遇。他强调中国始终秉持和平发展的理念，不仅实现了自身的发展目标，还为全球和平与发展注入了正能量。
崔大使特别提到了中瑞两国在国际事务中的合作。他说，中瑞作为两个国际社会的负责任成员，一直在联合国等国际组织中积极合作，共同推动全球和平、安全、稳定和可持续发展。两国在气候变化、可持续发展、反恐怖主义、国际贸易等领域保持密切沟通与合作，共同致力于构建一个更加公平和繁荣的国际秩序。
此外，崔大使还殷切表达对中瑞人文交流的重视。他提到，近年来，瑞典成为了越来越多中国留学生的选择之地，目前在瑞典的中国留学生人数已经增加至8500多人，基本恢复至疫情前水平。这不仅证明了瑞典在高等教育领域的吸引力，也为中瑞之间的人文交流注入了新的活力。在瑞典，中方举办的中国传统文化活动受到了当地民众的热烈欢迎，中瑞文化交流的成果可见一斑。

问：你们好！今晚的音乐会怎么样？
Anette：
一个美妙的中国文化体验。音乐、杂技和舞蹈都非常精彩！
Johan：
我也这么认为。你还能感觉到蒙古族对马匹的重要性。我从这里学到了很多。
Anette：
还有那些服装！我认为时装设计师应该观看这个表演，以获取时尚灵感，打造高级定制的服装！
问：你们认为中国少数民族的音乐与瑞典有什么不同？在瑞典，虽然没有少数民族，但不同城市有不同的文化。
Anette：
就像Johan先生，他是斯堪的纳维亚地区的！你觉得这有很大的不同吗？
Johan：
当然有。
Anette：
但区别于瑞典北部萨米文化就是一个巨大的不同。
Johan：
绝对，而且他们是少数民族，除此之外，我不觉得斯科讷是一个少数民族地区。

问：你们想看到瑞典艺术家到中国表演吗？
Johan：
当然！如果要有交流，就必须是双向的。
问：你们想推荐什么样的瑞典艺术家什么类型的音乐会到中国演出？有什么好建议？
Johan：
瑞典在音乐行业非常强大，但更多是流行音乐。
Anette：
我认为应该包括民间舞蹈、民间音乐，从斯科讷一直到达拉纳，他们在民间舞蹈方面仍然有浓厚的传统，然后再延伸到北极圈地区，但也要包括现代的流行文化，就像你提到的，然后还有我们世界著名的歌剧歌手！

问：今天的活动怎么样？
林：太震撼了！这不愧是顶级艺术欣赏，让我感受到中国少数民族蒙古族文化的博大精深，他们的音乐和服装造型都独具特色，豪放的歌舞正像草原上的骏马一样雄壮，万马奔腾之势，又婀娜多姿。这让我想起我们北欧的民族，驯鹿游牧民族应该有机会跟中国加强交流学习。当然听说在瑞典也有蒙古族兄弟们，他们应该也常常组织这样的活动让我们开开眼界，见识中国的“牛”！。

Den24september höll ambassadör Cui Aimin och madam Li Lihong högtidligt en nationaldagsmottagning i Konserthuset Stockholm för att fira74-årsdagen av grundandet av Folkrepubliken Kina.
Merän700personer inklusive gäster från den Sveriges regering,industri och handel,utbildning,vetenskap,kultur och andra kretsar,samt diplomatiska sändebud från olika länder i Sverige,representanter av kineserna som befinner sig i Sverige,kinesiska gäststudenter resp.representanter från kinesiska föreningar deltog i evenemanget.
I Stockholm påhösten blåser den gyllene brisen svalt och landskapetär behagligt.Ambassadör Cui Aimin och madam Li Lihong välkomnade varmt gäster från alla samhällsskikt.Konsertsalenär dekorerad med lyktor och färgglada lampor ochär fylld av en högtidlig,vänlig,varm och festlig stämning.
Ambassadör Cui Aimin framföra ett tal vid mottagningen.Han sa att sedan grundandet av Folkrepubliken Kina för74år sedan har det kinesiska folket,under ledningen av Kinas kommunistiska parti,förenats som en enhet och fortsatte att kämpa,och har uppnått världsberömda utvecklingsprestationer.Sedan socialismen med kinesiska särdrag gick in i en ny era,har partiets centralkommittémed kamrat Xi Jinping som sin kärna lett det kinesiska folket attövervinna svårigheter och modigt gåframåt,man har historiskt löst den absolut fattigdomen och byggt ett måttligt välmående samhälle i alla avseenden som planerat,och man startar en ny resa av omfattande uppbyggnad av ett modernt socialistiskt land.Mot bakgrund av enorma utmaningar som står inför världens ekonomiskaåterhämtning och hållbara utveckling,håller Kinas ekonomi generellt påattåterhämta sig och förbättras.Denär motståndskraftig,med stor potential ochär full av vitalitet.Den kommer att fortsätta att vara ett viktigt stöd för världens ekonomiska utveckling och leverera fler möjligheter för utveckling i alla andra länder.Som det största utvecklingslandet i världen följer Kina vägen för fredlig utveckling baserad påsina egna nationella förhållanden och praxis.Medan Kina uppnår sin egen utveckling kommer Kina att tömma i mer positiv energi i världsfreden och ger fler nya möjligheter till global utveckling.Inför stora förändringar som inte har setts påseklen har Kina aktivt främjat det gemensamma bygget av"Bältet och vägen",föreslagit globala utvecklingsinitiativ,globala säkerhetsinitiativ och globala civilisationsinitiativ,gjort oförtröttliga ansträngningar för att bygga ett samhälle med en gemensam framtid för mänskligheten i den"globala byn".
Ambassadör Cui påpekade att Sverige var det första västlandet som etablerade diplomatiska förbindelser med Folkrepubliken Kina och det första landet som undertecknade ett bilateralt investeringsskyddsavtal med Kina efter det att Kina hade genomfört reform ochöppen politik.Under en längre period har det vänskapliga utbytet och det pragmatiska samarbetet mellan de tvåländerna medfört påtagliga fördelar för de tvåländerna och dessa folk.Under det senasteåret har relationerna mellan Kina och Sverige upprätthållit en stabil utveckling,med fruktbart samarbete inom olika områden och förnyad vitalitet i folk-till-folk och kulturellt utbyte.De tvåländerna fortsätter att behålla sin status som varandras största handelspartner i Asien och Norden.Företag från båda sidorär entusiastiskaöver investeringssamarbete,och tvåvägsinvesteringar upprätthåller en god situation av stadig tillväxt.Det kinesisk-svenska vetenskapliga och tekniska samarbetet fortsätter att utvecklas och samarbetet inom miljöskydd,hälsa,biomedicin,informationsteknologi och andra områden har uppnått anmärkningsvärda resultat.Antalet kinesiska studenter som studerar i Sverige harökat till drygt8500,och har i principåtergått till nivåerna före pandemin.Traditionella kinesiska kulturaktiviteter som hålls i Sverigeär djuptälskade av lokalbefolkningen.Kinaär villigt att arbeta med Sverige för att främja gemensam utveckling och välstånd mellan de tvåländerna pågrundval avömsesidig respekt,jämlikhet ochömsesidig nytta,för att bättre gynna de tvåfolken.
Gästerna gratulerade Kina till dess74:e nationaldag,berömde Kinas ekonomiska och sociala utvecklingsprestationer,talade mycket om Kinas utomordentliga bidrag till att främja världsfred och utveckling.De förväntas optimistiskt Kinas ekonomiska utvecklingsutsikter,såg fram emot mer utbyte och samarbete med Kina,ochönskade relationen mellan Kina och Sverige att fortsätta att gåframåt stadigt.
I receptionen njöt gästerna av folksångs-och dansföreställningen"Ode to the Grassland"som presenterades av Inner Mongolia Art Theatre.Skådespelarna klär påsig mongoliska kostymer,omfamnade mongoliska musikinstrument och höll Hada i sina händer,med glada leenden påläpparna,som en hyllning till sin moderlands74-årsdag.De melodiösa sångerna sjöng om de vidsträckta gräsmarkerna och de galopperande hästarna,de graciösa dansernaåterspeglade herdarnas lyckliga liv och den spännande akrobatiken framförde människors sublima lovprisning av livet,publiken applåderade och jublade oavbrutet och var berusade. Utmärkta program som folksång”Svart Häst”,duett"Mötet i Obo",Trio“Vildgås”,Gruppdans"Te-tillverkning",Akrobatik"Double Skills",Tobshors spel och sång"Hero Jianggar"och Humeis"Auspicious Ode"presenterades i olika former av konstnärliga uttryck.Det visar till fullo de mongoliska folkgrupps särdragen och uttrycker det kinesiska folkets strävan efter ett bättre liv och sina djupa välsignelser för det stora moderlandet.

Remarks by Ambassador CUI Aimin at the Reception for Celebrating the74th Anniversary of the Founding of the People’s Republic of China
Distinguished guests,
Ladies and gentlemen,friends,
At this time of golden autumn,we are gathered here to celebrate the74th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.First of all,on behalf of the Chinese Embassy in Sweden,I would like to extend a warm welcome to all of you,our heartfelt thanks to friends from all walks of life who have been caring for and supporting the development of China-Sweden relations for a long time,and our sincere greetings and best wishes to overseas Chinese in Sweden!
Over the past74years since the founding of the People's Republic of China,under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,the Chinese people have united as one and made continuous efforts to make development achievements that have attracted worldwide attention.Since socialism with Chinese characteristics entered the New Era,the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core led the Chinese people in overcoming great difficulties and challenges and forging ahead bravely.We have once and for all resolved the problem of absolute poverty in China,finished building a moderately prosperous society in all respects as scheduled,embarked on a new journey to build China into a modern socialist country in all respects.Today,China is the world's second largest economy,the largest manufacturing country,the largest trading country in goods,and has the largest foreign exchange reserve.Economic,technological and comprehensive strength has reached a new level.China’s GDP per capita has risen up from53US dollars at the early stage of the founding of the PRC to12,700US dollars in2022.Average life expectancy has risen form35to78years.Last October,the20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was successfully convened.An ambitious blueprint has been drawn for building a modern socialist country in all respects and advancing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation on all fronts through a Chinese path to modernization,sounding a clarion call of the times for us forging ahead on a new journey.
At Present,global economic recovery and sustainable development face enormous challenges. Various factors have caused more instability,uncertainty and unpredictability in the international market.The Chinese economy has withstood the pressure,steadily recovered its scale and improved its quality.New industries,new business forms and new commercial models have generated new drivers of growth.Economic vitality continues to be unleashed. Economic performance has picked up on the whole. According to recent IMF projections,China’s economy will expand5.2% this year and is expected to contribute one third of global growth,remaining a key engine to the global economy.China enjoys several distinct advantages:a system of socialist market economy,a supersize market in terms of demand,a full-fledged industrial system in terms of supply,and abundant,high-caliber labor force and entrepreneurs in terms of human resources.The Chinese economy has strong resilience,tremendous potential and great vitality.The fundamentals sustaining China’s long-term growth will remain unchanged. It will continue to be an important support for world economic development and provide more opportunities for the development of other countries.
As the largest developing country in the world,based on its own national conditions and practice,China draws wisdom from the Chinese civilization with a history of more than5,000years,and adheres to the path of peaceful development.While achieving its own development,China has injected more positive energy into world peace and brought more new opportunities for global development.In the face of profound changes unseen in a century,we have contributed China's proposals and wisdom,actively promoting the Belt and Road Initiative,putting forward the Global Development Initiative,the Global Security Initiative and the Global Civilization Initiative,and making unremitting efforts to build a community with a shared future for mankind in the"global village".We have shared China's experience and opportunities, enhancing development vitality with high-level opening-up resolution,contributing to a new round of global scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation with high-level scientific innovation,promoting the cause of international sustainable development with high-level green development path,and making new and greater contributions to the progress of human civilization.We have demonstrated China's responsibility and sense of duty, actively participating in the reform and development of the global governance system,upholding true multilateralism,promoting greater democracy in international relations,and working to make global governance fairer and more equitable.

Sweden was the first western country to establish diplomatic relations with the People's Republic of China and the first country to sign a bilateral investment protection agreement with China after China's reform and opening-up.For a long time,friendly exchanges and practical cooperation between the two sides have brought tangible benefits to the two countries and two peoples.Over the past year,China-Sweden relations have maintained steady development with fruitful cooperation in various fields and renewed vitality in people-to-people exchanges.
Economically,China and Sweden continue to be each other's largest trading partner in Asia and the Nordic region,with bilateral trade volume reaching9.69billion US dollars in the first half of this year,maintaining overall balance and stability.Enterprises from both sides are enthusiastic about investment and cooperation.Chinese investment in Sweden has reached410million US dollars in the first half of this year,up50.1%year-on-year.Sweden's investment in China has reached390million US dollars,maintaining a sound momentum of steady growth.In science and technology,the two sides have made continuous progress in science and innovation cooperation,achieved remarkable results in environmental protection,health,bio-medicine,information technology and other fields,and seen increasingly active scientific and technological exchanges at all levels.In terms of education,the number of Chinese students studying in Sweden has increased to more than8,500,basically returning to the levels before the Covid-19.In the field of culture,we have held a series of traditional Chinese cultural experience activities,such as the Chinese Food Festival,Happy Chinese New Year2023,Spring Tea Reception and Tea for Harmony Yaji Cultural Salon,being much favored by local people.

Although China and Sweden have their own characteristics in history,culture and social environment,the two sides share common interests in promoting global economic recovery and safeguarding world peace and stability.In the era of globalization when countries are increasingly interdependent,a longer and more comprehensive perspective and way of thinking are needed to view and handle bilateral relations.As China enters a new stage of high-quality development,the feature that the Chinese and Swedish economies are highly complementary will become more prominent,and there is huge potential for practical cooperation between the two sides in scientific and technological innovation,green and low carbon development,and digital economy.On the basis of equality and mutual benefit,China is willing to make joint efforts with Sweden to carry forward traditional friendship,enhance mutual trust,deepen our cooperation in various fields and our exchanges and mutual learning of civilizations,promote common development and prosperity of the two countries,and bring more benefits to the two peoples.
