作为世界500强企业、全球科技百强企业，海克斯康集团在东营布局的赋智中心项目总投资达3亿元人民币，分两期建设。一期投资8000万元，位于东开数字经济产业园数字创新中心科研楼A栋，核心功能包括工业互联网平台、智能制造示范中心、数字化生态赋能中心、咨询认证中心和培训基地。二期计划投资2.2亿元，建设4栋厂房及办公楼，总建筑面积4.4万平方米，涵盖赋智展示中心、研发中心及定制化厂房，预计吸引上下游生态企业入驻，形成产业集聚效应。
A Fortune Global500company and one of the world’s top100technology enterprises,Sweden’s Hexagon AB is investing a total of RMB300million in its Dongying Intelligence Empowerment Center,with construction proceeding in two phases.
Phase I(RMB80million)is housed in Building A of the Digital Innovation Center within Dongkai Digital Economy Industrial Park,featuring an industrial internet platform,an intelligent manufacturing demonstration center,a digital ecosystem hub,a consulting&certification center,and a professional training base.
Phase II will see an additional RMB220million invested to construct four factory and office buildings with a total floor area of44,000m²,including a flagship demonstration hall,an R&D center,and customised production facilities.The project is designed to attract upstream and downstream partners,fostering a powerful industrial cluster.

Centered on sensor manufacturing and industrial software development,the Hexagon Dongying Center seamlessly integrates hardware and software to deliver an“industry–client–ecosystem”triad of digital services.Once fully operational,it will provide local manufacturers with end-to-end solutions—including digital diagnostics,hardware-software upgrades,and industrial internet platform services—helping enterprises cut costs,boost efficiency,and transition toward intelligent,green production.

In the demonstration zone,international Chinese-language journalists experienced real-time data dashboards,live industrial robot operations,and a wide array of digital solution showcases,gaining direct appreciation of Hexagon’s globally leading technologies.
Project leaders explained that the Center will leverage Hexagon’s world-renowned industrial software suites(including MSC Software and Q-DAS)and cutting-edge sensor technology to deliver tailored solutions for Dongying’s strategic sectors such as petroleum equipment and advanced materials.By enabling full-process data interconnection through its industrial internet platform,the Center will empower enterprises to achieve breakthroughs in R&D,quality control,and supply-chain optimisation.The on-site training base is projected to produce more than1,000digital specialists annually,building a deep talent pool for regional industrial upgrading.
