嘴上说“热爱中国”，行动上却是“限制中国”。
这不是精分是什么？
别装得像个流浪科学家。你不是来体验胡同文化的。你是来维护市场的。
说到底，这碗面，不过是一场商业公关秀。
更现实的是——你若真喜欢炸酱面，为什么不在美国天天吃？
纽约、旧金山、洛杉矶，满街都是中餐馆。特朗普都说了，美国三分之一的餐厅都是华人开的，中餐在美国早已不是“异国料理”，而是美国社会的一部分。
可你偏偏跑到北京街头，端着一碗炸酱面摆拍。这就显得太刻意、太酸涩了。
一个全球顶级科技公司的掌门人，动辄万亿美元市值，结果最大的“亲华表达”，竟然是吃一碗几十块钱的面？
这未免太抠门了。
真正的尊重，不是镜头前“接地气”；真正的合作，也不是胡同口里作秀。
中国人不是靠一碗面感动的。中国真正需要的，是平等的科技环境，是不被卡脖子的未来。
否则，一边在北京高喊热爱中华美食，一边继续封锁高端芯片，
那这碗炸酱面里，吃出来的就不是酱香味，而是一种精致的商业算计。
下次再来北京吃面，恐怕就没这么容易了。到时候，不是带你去炸酱面馆，而是直接拉你去长城。
站在八达岭上，望着两千年前秦始皇修下的万里长城，你该明白——中华民族，从来不是靠别人施舍芯片活下来的。
然后，请你面对长城，向那个统一文字、统一度量衡、统一山河的老人家，道个歉。
因为今天卡中国芯片的人，终究低估了一个五千年文明的韧性。

On the streets of Beijing,Jensen Huang holds a bowl of zhajiang noodles,looking amazed,as if he has just discovered the warmth of ordinary life for the very first time.
People online cheer:“Look,NVIDIA’s boss is so down-to-earth!”
But watching this scene,one question comes to mind:
Mr.Huang,are you eating noodles—or are you feeding on the Chinese market?
For years,NVIDIA has made enormous profits from China.Chinese AI companies,research institutes,universities,and internet giants have all poured real money into NVIDIA’s empire.
The Chinese market helped turn NVIDIA into a trillion-dollar tech titan.The demand of1.4billion people helped build that global dominance.
And yet,what happens afterward?
On one hand,you walk through Beijing eating noodles and praising Chinese culture.On the other hand,advanced chips are restricted,AI computing power is blocked,and top-tier technologies are withheld from China.
High-end GPUs?Restricted.Advanced AI training chips?Restricted.Cut-down versions only.
So while the words say“I love China,”the actions say“Contain China.”
That contradiction is hard to ignore.
Let’s be honest.This is not cultural immersion.It is market maintenance.
In the end,the bowl of noodles feels less like sincerity and more like a carefully staged public-relations performance.
And another question naturally follows:
If you truly love Chinese noodles,why not eat them every day in America?
New York,San Francisco,Los Angeles—Chinese restaurants are everywhere.Even Donald Trump once remarked that a huge portion of American restaurants are Chinese-owned or Chinese-run.Chinese cuisine is already deeply woven into American life.
Yet you specifically come to Beijing,hold a bowl of noodles in front of cameras,and present it as a symbolic gesture.
It feels overly calculated.And strangely cheap.
A leader of a trillion-dollar technology company,whose grandest gesture toward China is…eating a cheap bowl of noodles on the street?
That is not respect.
Real respect is not about appearing“relatable”in front of cameras.Real cooperation is not a publicity performance in an alleyway restaurant.
China is not moved by a bowl of noodles.What China truly needs is equal technological treatment and a future free from technological chokeholds.
Otherwise,while publicly praising Chinese food and culture,you continue supporting policies that lock away advanced chips.
At that point,the noodles no longer taste like soybean paste.They taste like calculated business strategy.
And next time you come to Beijing for noodles,things may not feel so welcoming.
Perhaps instead of taking you to a noodle shop,people should take you directly to the Great Wall.
Stand there,on the stones laid down two thousand years ago under Qin Shi Huang,and understand this:
Chinese civilization has never survived by waiting for others to donate technology.
Then perhaps you should offer an apology to the ancient emperor who unified the nation,its writing system,and its destiny.
Because those attempting to block China’s technological rise today may ultimately underestimate the resilience of a civilization that has endured for five thousand years.
