2025年2月24日，一辆装饰着中老两国国旗的旅游大巴缓缓驶入老挝金三角经济特区，来自中国上海的19人旅行团正式开启了特区探秘之旅。
作为特区在优化旅游服务体系后迎来的首个中国东部地区的旅行团，此次到访也是特区向“国际旅游目的地”转型的一次成功实践。
旅行团的首站是金龙山高尔夫度假村。一场融合老挝传统音乐与民族舞蹈的篝火欢迎晚会，让游客瞬间沉浸于浓郁的东南亚风情之中。
围坐在篝火旁，游客们品尝着热气腾腾的老挝小火锅，席间的“高山流水式敬酒”将气氛推向高潮，游客们畅饮着清冽的老挝啤酒，在欢声笑语中感受老挝人民的热情。
次日行程以深度人文探索为主线，游客们走进唐人街，在海外华人的精神地标中体味乡情纽带；驻足崇善寺感悟乐善好施的东方哲学；于四面佛前祈愿平安顺遂。
在金三角之窗景区，游客们穿梭于三国故事村，沉浸式领略湄公河流域多元文化交融的历史图景；步入禁毒文创馆，聆听特区禁毒历程的厚重故事；而禁毒女神像作为特区转型发展的象征，向游客无声地诉说这片土地的蜕变与新生。
在华平号遗址和班磨码头，游客们了解到金三角地区的历史变迁。曾经的伤痛记忆与特区当下的安宁形成鲜明对比。
作为行程的特别设计，特区管委会安排游客乘船游览湄公河，昔日危机四伏的水道如今游船往来如织，沿岸商贸繁荣、治安井然。
"十多年前的金三角让人望而却步，如今却成为安全有序的旅游目的地，背后是中国力量与区域合作的坚实支撑。"旅行团领队如是说。
金三角经济特区文旅发展中心负责人表示，未来特区将继续发挥独特的地理与文化优势，推出更多融合自然生态、民俗文化与特色体验的精品旅游线路。
特区将致力于打造中老泰跨境旅游合作的"黄金名片"，成为“一带一路”倡议下区域合作的典范，为更多游客带来难忘的旅行体验。

On February24,2025,a tour bus adorned with the national flags of China and Laos slowly entered the Golden Triangle Special Economic Zone(GTSEZ)in Laos.A group of19travelers from Shanghai,China,officially embarked on their exploration of the Special Economic Zone.
As the first travel group from eastern China to visit the GTSEZ following its optimization of tourism services,this visit marked a successful step in the Special Economic Zone's transformation into an international tourism destination.
The group’s first stop was the Jinlong Mountain Golf Resort.A bonfire welcome party,featuring traditional Lao music and ethnic dances,instantly immersed the visitors in the rich Southeast Asian ambiance.
Gathered around the bonfire,the tourists enjoyed steaming Lao-style hotpot,while the lively"Gaoshan Liushui"(High Mountains and Flowing Water)toasting ritual heightened the festive atmosphere.As they sipped on refreshing Lao beer,laughter and joy filled the air,reflecting the warm hospitality of the Lao people.
The second day's itinerary focused on cultural exploration.The visitors strolled through Chinatown,experiencing the deep cultural connections of overseas Chinese.They paused at Chongshan Temple,reflecting on the Eastern philosophy of benevolence and charity,and prayed for peace and prosperity at the Four-Faced Buddha shrine.
At the Golden Triangle Window scenic area,the group wandered through the"Three Nations Story Village,"immersing themselves in the rich history of cultural integration along the Mekong River.In the Anti-Drug Cultural and Creative Museum,they learned about the region’s arduous journey toward drug eradication.The Anti-Drug Goddess Statue,a symbol of the Special Economic Zone's transformation,silently narrated the region's rebirth and progress.
At the Huaping Shipwreck Site and Ban Mom Pier,the travelers gained insight into the historical changes in the Golden Triangle region.The stark contrast between past turmoil and the current peace underscored the zone’s remarkable development.
As a highlight of the tour,the GTSEZ Management Committee arranged a boat trip along the Mekong River.Once fraught with dangers,the river is now bustling with tour boats,lined with thriving businesses and a well-maintained security system.
"A decade ago,the Golden Triangle was a place people feared to step into.Today,it has transformed into a safe and well-organized tourism destination,thanks to China's strong support and regional cooperation,"said the group leader.
The head of the GTSEZ Cultural and Tourism Development Center stated that the zone will continue leveraging its unique geographical and cultural advantages,introducing more high-quality tourism experiences that integrate natural ecology,folk culture,and distinctive local activities.
GTSEZ is committed to establishing itself as the"golden business card"of cross-border tourism cooperation between China,Laos,and Thailand,serving as a model for regional collaboration under the Belt and Road Initiative and offering unforgettable travel experiences to visitors.

In2007,the Lao central government signed a development agreement with Kings Romans International(Hong Kong)Co.,Ltd.to jointly establish and develop the"Golden Triangle ASEAN Economic and Tourism Zone."
Official Establishment of the National-Level'Golden Triangle Special Economic Zone'
In2010,then-Prime Minister Bouasone Bouphavanh signed Prime Ministerial Decree No.90,officially approving the establishment of the national-level Golden Triangle Special Economic Zone with an initial development period of99years.Simultaneously,the GTSEZ Management Committee was formed to oversee its economic development.
