（本报讯）清明时节，四月的桂西北，春风拂面，罗城仫佬族自治县迎来了一场文化与自然的盛会。4月3日，广西桂学书画社携手广西罗城农村商业银行股份有限公司，联合举办“‘桂学方舟’进罗城‘翰墨多彩三尖铸造清廉农商’主题书画笔会”。这场活动以笔墨为舟，以文化为帆，汇聚了广西书画界的翘楚——潘琦、韦守德、彭钢、林雨泉、阳山、柒万里、潘继坦、石锋、刘小静、唐星生，带领他们走进罗城，探秘“三生三世奇观”，沉醉于“黄金河”武阳江的灵秀之美，惊叹罗城风光赛过阳朔的绝妙。他们以艺术之笔书写罗城山水，以翰墨之情赞颂这片孕育历代文人墨客的神圣土地，齐声称此次笔会为“最难忘的文化盛会”。

一、武阳江畔：黄金之河的自然奇观

罗城，隐于九万大山深处，是全国唯一的仫佬族自治县，享有“三尖罗城”之美誉——山头尖、筷头尖、笔头尖，宛如一幅天然泼墨的画卷。活动伊始，潘琦、韦守德、彭钢等书画家乘舟泛游武阳江，这条被誉为“黄金河”的水脉，以其清澈如镜的江面和两岸奇峰异石的映衬，惊艳了每一位来客。江水在春光下泛起金色涟漪，仿佛一条流动的锦带，蜿蜒于喀斯特峰林之间，勾勒出罗城山水的灵动神韵。

被誉为“黄金河”的武阳江，汇聚九千万大山的高山流水，在罗城境内经龙岸镇、黄金镇流到小长安，汇入融江，柳江，珠江，直奔港珠澳大湾区最后汇入大海。

书画名家伫立船头，远眺群山，众声感叹：“武阳江如黄金般珍贵，罗城浓缩如此灵秀的山水，堪称阳朔之上的隐秘胜境！”韦守德凝视江畔奇石，驻足良久，低语：“这江水清得能映照灵魂，罗城真乃天地造化的杰作。”何儒则直言：“阳朔山水名扬天下，罗城却如未琢之玉，静待世人惊艳。”林雨泉、阳山等人亦被这自然奇观深深吸引，纷纷以画笔勾勒江山的灵动，以书法寄托心中的震撼。

二、三生三世石：仫佬风情的浪漫诗篇

罗城的魅力不仅在于山水，更在于其深厚的民族文化底蕴。在武阳江畔，一块名为“三生三世”的巨石巍然屹立，承载着仫佬族人民对爱情的忠贞与向往。传说中，刘三姐与阿牛哥曾在此以山歌传情，许下“三生三世”的誓言。巨石历经风雨，依然挺拔，仿佛在诉说那段穿越时光的浪漫传奇。

柒万里、潘继坦、石锋等书画家在游船上以不同角度端详着这块巨石，聆听当地村民娓娓道来，眼中满是感动。阳山远眺石面，感慨：“这块石头仿佛有了灵魂，见证了仫佬族的坚韧与浪漫。”韦守德、潘继坦两位大书法家心中提笔挥毫，写下“三生三世”四个魏碑大字，笔力遒劲，寄托了对传说的敬意。柒万里以细腻笔触勾勒出天门山下刘三姐与阿牛哥的剪影，背景是武阳江的潺潺流水，意境悠远。石锋则以行草抒怀，字里行间流露出对罗城文化的深情。仫佬族的民族风情与自然奇观交相辉映，让书画家们沉醉于这片土地的独特韵味。

三、翰墨三尖：书画家心中的罗城印象

笔会创作环节是此次活动的灵魂所在。潘琦、韦守德、彭钢、林雨泉、阳山、柒万里、潘继坦、石锋、刘小静、唐星生十位书画家以“翰墨三尖”为主题，共同绘制了一幅长达18米的山水画卷。这幅巨作全景式呈现了罗城的生态之美与乡村新貌：武阳江如玉带蜿蜒，三尖山峰刺破云霄，仫佬族村寨掩映在绿意盎然的山林间，处处透着生机与和谐。

潘琦以书法开篇，题写“罗城三尖，山水有魂”，字迹如松柏般苍劲，气势恢宏。韦守德以厚重而细腻的笔触勾勒武阳江的灵动，江水在画中仿佛流淌出清音。彭钢以“三生三世”为题，巨石巍然，配以刘三姐的歌声，意境深远。林雨泉以清新水墨描绘仫佬族村寨的宁静，屋舍俨然，炊烟袅袅。阳山挥毫泼墨，九万大山的雄浑气魄跃然纸上，山峦层叠，气象万千。柒万里以淡彩勾勒罗城田园，绿意盎然，生机勃勃。潘继坦书写的“三生三世”四字，笔锋如刀，寓意深远。石锋以行草抒怀，字里行间流露出对罗城文化的敬仰。刘小静以隶篆笔法斫写书法的意境，让武阳江畔的奇石，栩栩如生。唐星生则以写意手法再现三尖山峰的巍峨，气韵生动。

活动共创作书画作品50余幅，每一幅都饱含书画家们对罗城的深情。这些作品不仅是对自然奇观的艺术再现，更是对罗城文化底蕴的深刻诠释。书画家们一致认为，罗城是一片神圣的土地，孕育了“一代廉吏”于成龙的清正品格，也滋养了历代文人墨客的诗意情怀。刘小静感言：“罗城不仅有山水的形胜，更有文化的灵魂，这里的每一座山、每一条河，都在诉说故事。”

四、文化盛会：罗城走向世界舞台

此次“桂学方舟”进罗城主题书画笔会，不仅仅是一场艺术盛宴，更是一次文化交流的盛会。罗城仫佬族自治县党委书记吴贞儒在致辞中表示，罗城正以文旅融合为抓手，倾力打造“三尖罗城”文化品牌。此次活动借助广西桂学研究会的平台，将罗城的山水文化、仫佬族文化、廉洁文化推向更广阔的舞台。他深情寄语：“希望潘琦、韦守德、彭钢、林雨泉、阳山、柒万里、潘继坦、石锋、刘小静、唐星生等艺术家常来罗城，以笔墨为媒，书写罗城的好山好水好风光，让罗城文化焕发更加绚丽的光彩。”

活动期间，广西桂学研究会向罗城实验中学捐赠了价值2万元的图书，为当地学子送去知识的甘霖。书画家们还通过调研，深入了解罗城乡村振兴的实践成果，感受这片土地的勃勃生机。北欧时报社长作为嘉宾之一，感叹道：“罗城是桂西北一颗璀璨的明珠，山水风光之旅不亚于到挪威峡湾打卡，通过这次活动，它将以崭新的姿态展现在世界面前。”

“桂学方舟”进罗城主题书画笔会虽已落幕，但它为罗城文化事业带来的涟漪仍在扩散。50余幅书画作品将分批陈列于罗城文化阵地，成为名仕文化的新地标。“三尖罗城”“千年古县”“新八景”等文化符号，也将在潘琦、韦守德、彭钢、林雨泉、阳山、柒万里、潘继坦、石锋、刘小静、唐星生等书画家们的笔下，走进千家万户。

罗城，这片被九万大山环抱的土地，以其山水之奇、风情之美、文化之深，吸引着世人的目光。从武阳江的潺潺流水，到“三生三世石”的浪漫传说，再到于成龙的清廉精神，这里的一切都在诉说一部生生不息的传奇。正如县人大常委会主任阳大卫在主持中所言：“罗城是一方有故事的土地，书画家们的到来，就像金凤凰为它插上了飞向世界的翅膀。”

在书画家们的笔墨中，罗城不再是桂西北的隐秘角落，而是化作一幅幅灵动的罗城富春山居画卷，绽放于世人眼前。它是自然与文化的交响，是历史与未来的共鸣，是“桂学方舟”驶向新征程的起点。未来，罗城必将成为桂西北最具代表性的人文景观旅游胜地，以开放的姿态迎接八方来客，书写属于自己的辉煌篇章。

"Guixue Ark"Enters Luocheng:Ink and Brush Paint the Three Peaks,Mountains and Rivers Praise Integrity

In the gentle breeze of April,during the Qingming season,Luocheng Mulao Autonomous County in northwest Guangxi welcomed a grand celebration of culture and nature.On April3,2025,the Guangxi Guixue Calligraphy and Painting Society,in collaboration with Guangxi Luocheng Rural Commercial Bank Co.,Ltd.,jointly held the“‘Guixue Ark’Enters Luocheng:‘Ink and Colorful Three Peaks,Forging an Upright Rural Commerce’Thematic Calligraphy and Painting Symposium.”This event,with ink as its vessel and culture as its sail,brought together luminaries of Guangxi’s calligraphy and painting world—Pan Qi,Wei Shou-de,Peng Gang,Lin Yu-quan,Yang Shan,Qi Wan-li,Pan Ji-tan,Shi Feng,Liu Xiao-jing,and Tang Xing-sheng—to explore Luocheng.They marveled at the“Three Lives,Three Worlds Wonder,”immersed themselves in the ethereal beauty of the“Golden River”Wuyang River,and exclaimed that Luocheng’s scenery surpassed even Yangshuo’s renowned landscapes.With artistic brushes,they captured Luocheng’s mountains and rivers;with heartfelt ink,they extolled this sacred land that has nurtured generations of literati,unanimously declaring this symposium“the most unforgettable cultural gathering.”

I.By the Wuyang River:The Natural Wonder of the Golden River

Nestled deep within the Jiuwan Mountains,Luocheng,the nation’s only Mulao autonomous county,is famed as the“Three Peaks of Luocheng”—sharp mountain peaks,pointed chopsticks,and fine brush tips—resembling a natural ink-wash painting.At the outset of the event,Pan Qi,Wei Shou-de,Peng Gang,and other artists embarked on a boat tour along the Wuyang River,dubbed the“Golden River.”Its mirror-like waters and the jagged karst peaks lining its banks left every visitor in awe.Bathed in spring sunlight,the river shimmered with golden ripples,like a flowing ribbon of silk weaving through the karst forest,outlining the vibrant charm of Luocheng’s landscapes.

Standing at the boat’s bow,Pan Qi gazed at the distant mountains and exclaimed,“The Wuyang River is as precious as gold;Luocheng encapsulates such exquisite scenery,a hidden gem surpassing even Yangshuo!”Wei Shou-de,captivated by the riverside rock formations,lingered for a moment,murmuring,“This water is so clear it reflects the soul—Luocheng is truly a masterpiece of nature.”Peng Gang added bluntly,“Yangshuo’s scenery is world-famous,but Luocheng is an uncarved jade,awaiting the world’s astonishment.”Lin Yu-quan,Yang Shan,and others were equally entranced by this natural wonder,each wielding their brushes to capture the river’s vitality and inscribing their awe in calligraphy.

II.The“Three Lives,Three Worlds”Stone:A Romantic Ode to Mulao Heritage

Luocheng’s allure lies not only in its landscapes but also in its profound ethnic heritage.Along the Wuyang River stands a majestic boulder known as the“Three Lives,Three Worlds Stone,”embodying the Mulao people’s steadfast devotion to love and their aspirations.Legend has it that Liu Sanjie and Brother A’niu once sang mountain songs here,pledging a vow of“three lives,three worlds.”Weathered by time yet standing resolute,the stone seems to whisper a timeless romantic saga.

From their boat,Qi Wan-li,Pan Ji-tan,and Shi Feng observed the stone from various angles,listening intently as local villagers recounted its tale,their eyes brimming with emotion.Yang Shan,gazing at its surface,sighed,“This stone seems alive,bearing witness to the Mulao’s resilience and romance.”Wei Shou-de and Pan Ji-tan,masters of calligraphy,mentally composed their strokes,later inscribing“Three Lives,Three Worlds”in bold Wei-style script,their vigorous strokes honoring the legend.Qi Wan-li delicately sketched the silhouettes of Liu Sanjie and A’niu beneath Tianmen Mountain,with the Wuyang River’s gentle flow as a backdrop,creating a poetic and expansive scene.Shi Feng expressed his feelings in flowing cursive script,each stroke radiating reverence for Luocheng’s culture.The Mulao’s ethnic charm and natural wonders intertwined,captivating the artists with the land’s unique allure.

III.Ink and the Three Peaks:Luocheng in the Artists’Hearts

The creative session of the symposium formed the event’s soul.Pan Qi,Wei Shou-de,Peng Gang,Lin Yu-quan,Yang Shan,Qi Wan-li,Pan Ji-tan,Shi Feng,Liu Xiao-jing,and Tang Xing-sheng,guided by the theme“Ink and the Three Peaks,”collaborated on an18-meter-long scroll of landscape painting.This masterpiece panoramically showcased Luocheng’s ecological beauty and rural renewal:the Wuyang River winding like a jade ribbon,the three peaks piercing the sky,and Mulao villages nestled amid lush greenery,every detail pulsing with life and harmony.

Pan Qi opened with calligraphy,inscribing“Luocheng’s Three Peaks,Soul of Mountains and Rivers”in a style as robust as pine and cypress,exuding grandeur.Wei Shou-de,with rich yet delicate strokes,captured the Wuyang River’s fluidity,its waters seeming to murmur on the page.Peng Gang depicted the“Three Lives,Three Worlds”stone,its imposing form paired with Liu Sanjie’s song,evoking a profound mood.Lin Yu-quan used fresh ink washes to portray the tranquility of Mulao villages,with orderly homes and curling smoke.Yang Shan splashed ink boldly,bringing the Jiuwan Mountains’majestic vigor to life,their layered ridges vast and awe-inspiring.Qi Wan-li painted Luocheng’s fields in soft hues,vibrant with green and vitality.Pan Ji-tan’s“Three Lives,Three Worlds”inscription cut like a blade,rich with meaning.Shi Feng poured his emotions into cursive script,each character reflecting his admiration for Luocheng’s culture.Liu Xiao-jing employed clerical and seal scripts to craft a calligraphic mood,animating the riverside stones.Tang Xing-sheng,with freehand flair,rendered the three peaks’grandeur,alive with dynamic energy.

The event produced over50works,each brimming with the artists’affection for Luocheng.These pieces were not mere artistic renderings of natural wonders but profound interpretations of Luocheng’s cultural depth.The artists agreed that Luocheng is a hallowed land,having nurtured the upright integrity of the“Honest Official”Yu Chenglong and the poetic souls of countless scholars.Liu Xiao-jing reflected,“Luocheng boasts not only scenic splendor but a cultural spirit—every mountain and river here tells a story.”

IV.A Cultural Gathering:Luocheng Steps onto the World Stage

The“Guixue Ark”symposium was more than an artistic feast;it was a bridge for cultural exchange.Wu Zhen-ru,Party Secretary of Luocheng Mulao Autonomous County,stated in his address that Luocheng is leveraging cultural-tourism integration to build the“Three Peaks of Luocheng”brand.This event,supported by the Guangxi Guixue Research Association,propelled Luocheng’s mountain and river heritage,Mulao culture,and ethos of integrity onto a broader stage.He earnestly entreated,“We hope Pan Qi,Wei Shou-de,Peng Gang,Lin Yu-quan,Yang Shan,Qi Wan-li,Pan Ji-tan,Shi Feng,Liu Xiao-jing,and Tang Xing-sheng will return often,using ink and brush to depict Luocheng’s splendid mountains,rivers,and vistas,illuminating its culture with vibrant brilliance.”

During the event,the Guangxi Guixue Research Association donated books worth20,000yuan to Luocheng Experimental High School,nourishing local students with knowledge.The artists also conducted field studies,delving into Luocheng’s rural revitalization efforts and feeling the land’s vibrant pulse.He Ru,President of the Nordic Times,a guest at the event,remarked,“Luocheng is a radiant pearl of northwest Guangxi;its scenic journey rivals a visit to Norway’s fjords.Through this event,it will shine anew before the world.”

The artists unanimously deemed this their most meaningful cultural gathering.Lin Yu-quan said with emotion,“Luocheng’s landscapes and culture complement each other perfectly;this symposium was not just creation but a baptism of the soul.”Tang Xing-sheng added,“Our paintings and calligraphy will serve as Luocheng’s calling cards to the world,revealing its charm to all.”

V.A Beacon for the Future:Luocheng’s Cultural New Chapter

Though the“Guixue Ark”symposium has concluded,its ripples continue to spread through Luocheng’s cultural sphere.Over50artworks will be displayed in cultural venues across the county,becoming landmarks of its heritage.Symbols like“Three Peaks of Luocheng,”“Thousand-Year Ancient County,”and“New Eight Scenic Spots”will,through the brushes of Pan Qi,Wei Shou-de,Peng Gang,Lin Yu-quan,Yang Shan,Qi Wan-li,Pan Ji-tan,Shi Feng,Liu Xiao-jing,and Tang Xing-sheng,reach countless homes.

Embraced by the Jiuwan Mountains,Luocheng captivates with its wondrous landscapes,enchanting heritage,and deep culture.From the Wuyang River’s gentle flow to the romantic lore of the“Three Lives,Three Worlds”stone,to Yu Chenglong’s legacy of integrity,every element here weaves an enduring tale.As Yang Da-wei,Director of the County People’s Congress,noted in his remarks,“Luocheng is a land of stories;the artists’arrival has given it golden wings to soar globally.”

Through the ink of these masters,Luocheng sheds its guise as a hidden corner of northwest Guangxi,blossoming into vivid scrolls reminiscent of the“Dwelling in the Fuchun Mountains,”unveiled before the world.It is a symphony of nature and culture,a dialogue between past and future,and the starting point of the“Guixue Ark’s”new voyage.Luocheng is poised to become northwest Guangxi’s most iconic cultural and scenic destination,welcoming visitors from all corners with open arms and scripting its own glorious chapter.
