尊敬的各位来宾，
女士们、先生们、朋友们：
下午好！
今天，我们欢聚一堂，共同庆祝中华人民共和国成立76周年。我谨代表中国驻瑞典大使馆对各位嘉宾表示热烈欢迎，对所有关心中国发展、支持中瑞友好合作的各界朋友表示衷心感谢！
新中国成立76年来，中国共产党团结带领全国各族人民，经过长期探索和不懈奋斗，走出了一条适合中国国情的发展道路，创造了经济快速发展和社会长期稳定两大奇迹，国家面貌发生了历史巨变。如今，中国式现代化已经展开壮美画卷，并呈现出无比光明灿烂的前景。
中国发展的成就举世瞩目。我们坚持深化改革开放，经济规模稳步扩大，2024年国内生产总值达到134.9万亿元人民币，增速居世界主要经济体前列，对全球经济增长的贡献率保持在30%左右。我们扎实推进高质量发展，稳步发展新质生产力，国家创新体系建设提质加速，集成电路、人工智能、量子科技等领域取得新成果。我们加快构建绿色低碳循环发展经济体系，实现经济社会发展和生态环境保护协调统一，美丽中国建设迈出重大步伐。
中国人民的生活稳步改善。我们坚持以人民为中心的发展思想，在发展中保障和改善民生，让现代化建设成果更多更公平惠及全体人民，居民收入水平持续较快增长。我们打赢脱贫攻坚战，历史性地解决了绝对贫困问题，建成了世界规模最大的教育体系、社会保障体系、医疗卫生体系，推动全体人民共同富裕迈出坚实步伐，人民生活品质不断提高。
中国面对世界变局展现出时代担当。从倡导和平共处五项原则，到推动构建人类命运共同体，中国外交在国际风云激荡中成长奋进。中国积极拓展平等、开放、合作的全球伙伴关系，积极践行中国特色热点问题解决之道，不断扩大高水平对外开放，推动平等有序的世界多极化和普惠包容的经济全球化，坚定做世界的和平力量、稳定力量、进步力量。在提出共建“一带一路”和全球发展倡议、全球安全倡议、全球文明倡议之后，习近平主席近日提出了以奉行主权平等、遵守国际法治、践行多边主义、倡导以人为本、注重行动导向为核心理念的全球治理倡议，为加强和完善全球治理进一步贡献中国智慧、提出中国方案，为动荡不安的世界注入稳定性和确定性，彰显了中国在国际事务中的担当作为。
女士们，先生们，朋友们，
今年是中国人民抗日战争暨世界反法西斯战争胜利80周年，也是联合国成立80周年。作为二战主要战胜国和联合国创始会员国，中国始终是正确二战史观的捍卫者、现行国际秩序的维护者、真正多边主义的践行者，将坚定站在历史正确一边、站在人类文明进步一边，坚持走和平发展道路，与各国携手共创美好未来。
女士们，先生们，朋友们，
今年是中瑞建交75周年。习近平主席同瑞典国王卡尔十六世·古斯塔夫互致贺电。75年来，中瑞关系总体保持向前发展势头，两国各领域合作不断拓展，取得积极成果。今年以来，中瑞各层级交往日益密切，双方在绿色低碳、数字经济、生物医药等领域合作不断深化，教育、文化、旅游、体育等领域交流更趋活跃，为两国关系稳定发展注入强劲动力。中瑞发展理念契合，产业优势互补，合作前景广阔。中方愿同瑞方共同秉持独立自主、相互尊重、互利共赢的建交初心，增进沟通交流和理解互信，深化拓展交流合作，推动两国关系向更高水平迈进，为两国人民带来更多福祉，为世界和平与发展注入更多正能量。

Good afternoon!
Today,we gather here to jointly celebrate the76th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China.On behalf of the Chinese Embassy in Sweden,I would like to extend our warm welcome to all the guests present here today,and to express our sincere appreciation to friends from all walks of life who have cared for China’s development and supported the friendship and cooperation between China and Sweden.
Over the past76years since the founding of New China,the Communist Party of China rallied and led the Chinese people of all ethnic groups in embarking on a development path suited to China’s national conditions,realizing the two major miracles of fast economic development and long-term social stability,and transforming the outlook of the nation after years of exploration and persistent efforts.At present,a splendid chapter of Chinese modernization is unfolding in front of us and is embracing brilliant prospects.
China has made remarkable achievements in development.We have stayed committed to deepening reform and opening up.China’s economy has steadily expanded,with its GDP for2024reaching134.9trillion RMB.China remains one of the fastest-growing major economies and has been contributing around30percent of the global growth for many years.We have taken solid steps in promoting high-quality development,steadily developed new quality productive forces,boosted the speed and quality of the building of a national innovation system,and made breakthroughs in integrated circuit,artificial intelligence,quantum communications and many other fields.We have accelerated the development of a green and low-carbon circular economic development system,promoted the balance and coordination between socioeconomic development and environmental and ecological protection,and made notable progress in building a Beautiful China.
Chinese people’s lives have steadily improved.We have stayed committed to a people-centered philosophy of development,ensured and improved living standards through development,delivered the gains of modernization to all our people in a more substantial and equitable way,and achieved sustained and rapid growth in personal income.We have won the battle against poverty,brought about a historic resolution to the problem of absolute poverty in China,and built the largest education,social security,and healthcare systems in the world.We have made solid progress in realizing common prosperity for all,and steadily raised the quality of people’s life.
China has demonstrated its sense of responsibility in the face of the changing international landscape.From the Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence,to the vision of building a community with a shared future for humanity,China’s diplomacy has forged ahead in a volatile international environment.China has actively expanded global partnerships based on equality,openness and cooperation,practiced a distinctly Chinese approach to resolving hotspot issues,kept expanding high-standard opening up,promoted an equal and orderly multipolar world and a universally beneficial and inclusive economic globalization,and remained a staunch force for peace,stability and progress in the world.After putting forward the Belt and Road Initiative,the Global Development Initiative,the Global Security Initiative and the Global Civilization Initiative,President Xi Jinping recently put forth the Global Governance Initiative(GGI).The core concepts of the GGI include adhering to sovereign equality,abiding by the international rule of law,practicing multilateralism,advocating a people-centered approach,and focusing on real actions.This has further contributed China’s wisdom and solution to the enhancement and improvement of global governance,injected more stability and certainty into this turbulent world,and demonstrated China’s sense of responsibility in international affairs.

This year marks the80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People’s War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War,and also the80th birthday of the U.N.As a major victorious nation in World War II and a founding member of the U.N.,China has always upheld a correct historical perspective on WWII,defended the existing international order,and practiced true multilateralism.China will stand firmly on the right side of history and on the side of human progress,stay committed to the path of peaceful development,and work with the rest of the world to create a better future.

This year marks the75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Sweden.His Excellency President Xi Jinping exchanged congratulatory messages with His Majesty King Carl XVI Gustaf.Over the past75years,China-Sweden relations have maintained the momentum of growth on the whole.Our two countries have expanded cooperation across the board,and yielded positive outcomes.Since the start of this year,we have witnessed more frequent exchanges at all levels between our two countries,deepened cooperation in areas such as green and low-carbon development,digital economy and biomedicine,and enjoyed more vibrant interactions in education,culture,tourism,sports and many other fields.Strong impetus has been injected into the steady growth of our bilateral relations.China and Sweden have similar development visions,complementary industrial strengths,and broad prospects of cooperation.China stands ready to work with Sweden as we cherish the original aspiration for independence,mutual respect,mutual benefit and win-win results when establishing diplomatic ties,enhance communication,dialogue,understanding and mutual trust,and deepen and expand exchanges and cooperation,so as to elevate our bilateral relations to a higher level,to deliver greater benefits to our two peoples,and to bring more positive energy to world peace and development.
