本剧于中国甘肃敦煌实景拍摄，采用双女主叙事， 以敦煌壁画为创作 灵感， 将 “ 反弹琵琶 ” “ 飞天 ” 等经典壁画形象转化为鲜活的舞蹈语 言， 开创了 “ 舞蹈 + 短剧 ” 的全新艺术形态。 英文版特邀母语为英语 的配音演员进行全程配音，并配备专业英文字幕，力求在语言表达与 文化呈现上更贴合海外观众的视听习惯。 

Dancing Through Dunhuang is a short-form series that intertwines a millennium of Dunhuang culture with the aesthetic of Eastern dance.Inspired by the Mogao Caves murals, it brings iconic imagery like the "Reverse-Pipa Player"and"Flying Apsaras"to life through dynamic dance. The series centers on two dancers—separated by a thousand years—whose souls are swapped by a Mogao mural draft, binding them together on a mission to protect this priceless cultural treasure.Their journey becomes not only a quest to preserve Dunhuang's legacy but also a path to their own profound transformation.
