中新网重庆4月11日电(张旭陈媛)不夜九街、莺花巷、北仓……走进重庆江北，各式特色街区“扑面而来”。中共江北区委书记滕宏伟说，这些街区是年轻人潮流聚集之地，充满青春活力，欢迎华文媒体的朋友们打卡留影。

4月10日至11日，由重庆市委统战部、重庆市委宣传部、四川省委统战部、四川省委宣传部和中国新闻社联合主办的“行走中国·2023海外华文媒体高层川渝行”参访团一行走进重庆江北，感受当地正在着力打造的“国际消费中心城市首选区”。

CNS Chongqing,April11(Xinhua)-As one walks into Chongqing's Jiangbei district,various distinctive neighborhoods such as Buye Jiujie,Yinghua Alley,and Beicang present themselves.According to Teng Hongwei,Secretary of the Jiangbei District Committee of the Communist Party of China,these areas are where young people gather and are full of youthful vitality.He welcomes friends from the Chinese media to take photos and share their experiences.

From April10to11,the"Walking China-2023Overseas Chinese Media Senior Executive Tour of Sichuan and Chongqing"was jointly hosted by the United Front Work Department and the Propaganda Department of the CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee,the United Front Work Department and the Propaganda Department of the CPC Sichuan Provincial Committee,and the China News Service.The visiting delegation went to Jiangbei,Chongqing to experience the local efforts to create a"preferred international consumption center city."

中新网记者获悉，当地以“夜经济”“四首经济”等为切入点，实现新经济、新产业、新业态竞相涌现，经济发展总量、质量、结构、效益全面跃升，将消费玩出了“国际范儿”。

夜经济等助力“有效本土化”

夜经济是指从当日18时到次日凌晨发生的各类经济活动，是衡量经济活力的重要指标。

在行业人士看来，重庆发展夜经济有天然优势。“受夏季天气炎热等因素影响，当地人有晚上出来消费的习惯。”在渝扎根夜经济20余年的台商赵文龙表示，在以大九街为代表的特色街区，无论是楼层挑高等硬件设施，或是消费方式、文化等软件设施，都是“时尚的代名词”，吸引着五湖四海的年轻人。

According to the report from China News Service,Chongqing Jiangbei has leveraged the"night economy"and the"four leading economies"to promote the emergence of new industries and formats,leading to comprehensive growth in economic development,quality,structure,and efficiency.The area has successfully played out an"international style"of consumption.

Night economy as a driving force has facilitated"effective localization"

The night economy refers to various economic activities from6pm to the next morning and is an important indicator of economic vitality.

Industry insiders believe that Chongqing has a natural advantage in developing the night economy."Due to hot weather in summer and other factors,locals have the habit of consuming at night,"said Taiwan businessman Zhao Wenlong,who has been rooted in Chongqing's night economy for more than20years.Special street areas such as Jiuqu have become synonymous with fashion,attracting young people from all over the world,thanks to their high-rise hardware facilities,as well as their consumption patterns and cultural software facilities.

哈萨克斯坦《今日丝路》记者宋欣认为，夜经济“从根本上讲，其实还是文化经济”，是对外展示城市形象的重要途径，由此衍生出更多元的文化体验消费。夜经济既发展了旅游，又带动了就业，还传播了城市形象，可谓“一举多得”。

重庆市江北区商务委员会副书记陈仁高介绍说，重庆江北持续推进国际消费中心城市首选区建设，围绕“充分国际化、有效本土化”，深度融入以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局。

无疑，发展夜经济是“有效本土化”的体现之一。

“我发现，在观音桥，即使白天很热，大街上依然熙熙攘攘。直至夜幕降临，街上仍是行人如织。”宋欣表示，通过对观音桥商圈的探访，感受到了这座城市的活力。

据悉，观音桥商圈于2005年2月正式开街，发展十余年，已成为全市人气最旺、生态环境最优、业态最时尚的商圈之一。观音桥商圈管委会介绍，商圈平时日均人流量达50万人次，节假日达80万人次。

澳大利亚澳华电视传媒副总编辑杨军说，无论是人潮如织的“观音桥商圈”活跃度，还是酒肆林立的“大九街”时尚度，都集中表现了重庆这座山城的人文“辣度”，完美呈现出重庆外向型而新潮的“包容度”。而上述场景与人文底蕴叠加，必将形成重庆江北“国际消费中心城市首选区”的“加速度”。

According to Song Xin,a journalist from Kazakhstan's"Today's Silk Road,"the night economy is fundamentally a cultural economy and an important way to showcase a city's image to the outside world.It has also led to a more diverse cultural experience for consumers.The development of the night economy has not only promoted tourism and employment,but also spread the city's image,which can be described as a"win-win situation."

Chen Rengao,Deputy Secretary of the Business Committee of Chongqing's Jiangbei District,stated that Jiangbei is continuously promoting the construction of the first-choice area for international consumption center cities,based on"full internationalization"and"effective localization,"and deeply integrating into the new development pattern with the domestic cycle as the main body and the domestic and international cycles promoting each other.

Undoubtedly,the development of the night economy is one of the manifestations of"effective localization.""I found that even though it's very hot during the day,there are still a lot of people on the street in Guanyinqiao.Even at night,the streets are still bustling with people,"Song Xin said.The Guanyinqiao business district,officially opened in February2005,has developed for more than ten years and has become one of the most popular,environmentally friendly,and trendy business districts in the city.The management committee of the Guanyinqiao business district stated that the average daily flow of people in the district is500,000,and during holidays,it reaches800,000.

Yang Jun,Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Australia's Aohua TV Media,said that both the bustling"Guanyinqiao business district"and the fashionable"Da Jiu Street"with numerous bars,concentrate on showing the human"spiciness"of Chongqing,perfectly demonstrating the city's outward-looking and trendy"tolerance."The combination of these scenes and cultural heritage will surely form the"acceleration"of Jiangbei as the"first-choice area for international consumption center cities"in Chongqing.

“这方面，我们已取得一定成效。”陈仁高介绍说，2022年，江北区实现社会消费品零售额799.6亿元，同比增长4%，增速全市第一；商品销售总额实现6258.9亿元，同比增长12.1%，总量全市第一，增速居重庆中心城区第一。

引进“四首经济”，将消费玩出“国际范儿”

梵克雅宝、浪凡、宝诗龙……走进观音桥商圈，各式国际品牌商品，纷纷在此设立区域品牌首店。据江北区介绍，该区加速聚焦国际品牌，累计引进区域首店460余家，其中2022年引进区域品牌首店78家。

“越来越多国际潮牌选择重庆，选择江北。”Hood品牌重庆合伙人狄特说，当地的政策支持、业主方“标杆式”的服务、年轻人的接受和热爱等，都吸引着更多潮牌落户重庆江北。

"This is an area where we have achieved certain results,"said Chen Rengao.In2022,Jiangbei District achieved a social consumer goods retail sales of79.96billion yuan,a year-on-year increase of4%,with the fastest growth rate in the city;the total sales of goods reached625.89billion yuan,a year-on-year increase of12.1%,with the highest amount in the city and the fastest growth rate in the central urban area of Chongqing.

By introducing the"four leading economies,"they have played out an"international style"of consumption.

Van Cleef&Arpels,Longchamp,and Cartier have set up their first regional flagship stores in the Guanyinqiao business district,displaying various international brand products.According to Jiangbei District,the district has accelerated its focus on international brands and has introduced more than460regional flagship stores,including78in2022.

"More and more international brands are choosing Chongqing and Jiangbei,"said Dieter,a partner of the Hood brand in Chongqing,adding that the local policies,"benchmark"services provided by the landlords,and the acceptance and love of young people have all attracted more trendy brands to settle in Chongqing Jiangbei.

陈仁高表示，重庆江北大力引进“四首(首店、首牌、首秀、首发)经济”，贸易能级和开放水平持续提升。

在此背景下，江北也越来越“国际范儿”。滕宏伟表示，在重庆江北，时尚文化、时尚街区、时尚旅游蔚然成风，该区也正加快成为现代化大都市的展示窗口。

Chen Rengao said that Chongqing Jiangbei has vigorously introduced the"four firsts"economy and continuously improved its trade level and opening up.

In this context,Jiangbei is becoming more and more international.Teng Hongwei said that in Chongqing Jiangbei,fashion culture,fashion blocks,and fashion tourism have become popular,and the area is accelerating to become a showcase for modern metropolises.

杨军在接受中新网记者采访时表示，江北区打造“国际消费中心城市首选区”，不仅是其国际形象的静态传播窗口，更是当地国际营商环境的动态多维体现。

Yang Jun stated in an interview with China News Service that Jiangbei District's efforts to build the"first-choice area for international consumption center cities"not only serves as a static window for its international image,but also reflects the dynamic and multi-dimensional development of its international business environment.

商贸业的“国际范儿”，也带来了外向型经济的持续发展。据统计，2022年，江北区完成进出口额955.26亿元，同比增长41.38%，总量全市第三，增速居重庆中心城区第一。

The"international style"of the commercial and trade industry has also brought about the continuous development of the outward-oriented economy.According to statistics,in2022,Jiangbei District completed a total import and export volume of95.526billion yuan,a year-on-year increase of41.38%,ranking third in the city in terms of total volume and first in terms of growth rate in the central urban area of Chongqing.

陈仁高提到，下一步，江北区将持续把恢复和扩大消费摆在优先位置，积极融入西部陆海新通道和成渝地区双城经济圈建设，拓展国际消费核心平台，打造引领国际消费潮流的新高地。(完)
