2025全球華文媒體高層湖南行啟動　向世界傳播湖南發展新面貌

（大公文匯網記者姚進、王凱輝長沙報道）8月26日，「打造全球研發新高地、大學生創業集聚地——2025全球華文媒體高層湖南行」大型採訪活動在湖南長沙啟動，這是海外華文傳媒合作組織最大規模的採訪活動。湖南省委書記沈曉明25日在長沙會見了海外華文媒體合作組織主席李大宏和部分與會代表，湖南省委常委、宣傳部部長劉紅兵到下榻酒店看望並歡迎80余家來自五大洲的海外華文媒體高層。

採訪活動特別推出「全球華媒湖南共創影像活動」，活動過程中，84家華文媒體每家精選1張最具代表性的照片，每人用鏡頭定格心中「最美湖南」，活動結束後將通過香港大公文匯傳媒集團與合作組織覆蓋五大洲的渠道網絡全球同步發布。

湖南省委宣傳部副部長、省政府新聞辦主任、省文明辦主任趙成新在致辭中表示，近年來，湖南深入貫徹落實習近平總書記關於湖南工作的重要講話和重要指示批示精神，加快建設「三高四新」美好藍圖，推出了一系列改革創新的重大舉措，奮力譜寫中國式現代化湖南新篇章，特別是湖南省委、省政府2023年提出，「將長沙打造成為全球研發中心城市」的戰略目標，全力構建具有核心競爭力的科技創新高地。截至今年5月，長沙市各類研發機構總數達3823家，其中2023年9月以來新增1796家，基本實現翻番；各類國家級創新平台達152家，增長25%；2024年在全球科研城市排名中升至第23位，較上年度分別上升9位、11位；國家創新型城市綜合排名躍升至全國第9，取得歷史最好成績。

趙成新表示，海外華文媒體分布在世界各地，有着很廣的人脈和信息渠道，成為了聯繫世界華人橋樑，是講好湖南故事的重要平台，也是推動湖南建設「三高四新」美好藍圖的重要力量。他表示，舉辦此次採訪活動，就是希望海外華文傳媒一起為湖南高質量發展助力，希望大家用國際視角，用生動的筆觸、精彩的鏡頭，全方位展示湖南在打造全球研發中心、大學生創業集聚地的進展和成效，進一步提升湖南在海內外的知名度和影響力。

海外華文傳媒合作組織主席、香港大公文匯傳媒集團董事長李大宏致辭表示，合作組織將團結各成員媒體，主動發聲講述中國崛起與世界發展的緊密聯繫，將「大同」理念變成各國人民心中的共識，共同壯大國際傳播的中國聲量。就新時代賦予海外華媒新的歷史使命，李大宏從三方面分享如何向世界闡述「何以中國」的文明智慧：一是「守正創新傳文脈」，把講好中國故事作為華媒共同的使命；二是「攜手共進促發展」，把拓展文明互鑒的傳播渠道作為華媒共同的追求；三是「天下一家謀大同」，把實現人類命運共同體作為華媒共同的心愿。

李大宏表示，今年是中國人民抗日戰爭暨世界反法西斯戰爭勝利80周年，民族危亡之際，海外華媒不畏危難，將中國抗戰的消息帶到世界各地，講述着中華民族不甘屈服的抗戰精神，如今我們接過歷史的接力棒，仍要賡續守護紅色記憶、傳遞抗戰精神的使命，要用更鮮活的敘事、更創新的形式，讓年輕一代讀懂歷史、銘記初心，把中國尊重歷史、珍愛和平的態度傳遞給世界。他表示，大文集團與海外華文傳媒合作組織願以此次湖南年會為新起點，與湖南深度交流合作、常來常往，共同推動文明傳播與交流互鑒，讓每一條湖南聲音、中國故事都能跨越山海、永續迴響。

啟動儀式上，湖南省委宣傳部副部長、省政府新聞辦主任、省文明辦主任趙成新向採訪團授旗。8月26日至30日，海外華文傳媒合作組織的120人參會代表將分赴長沙、岳陽、張家界等地，以參觀考察、實地訪談等形式近距離了解湖南當地的經濟社會發展、風土人情和歷史傳統。本次採訪活動由湖南省委宣傳部主辦，海外華文傳媒合作組織和香港大公文匯傳媒集團聯合主辦。

(Reported by Yao Jin and Wang Kaihui,Ta Kung Wen Wei Media,Changsha)–On August26,the large-scale interview event“Building a Global R&D Hub,Gathering Ground for Student Entrepreneurship–2025Global Chinese Media Leaders Tour to Hunan”officially kicked off in Changsha,Hunan.This is the largest interview event organized by the Global Chinese Media Cooperation Organization.On August25,Shen Xiaoming,Secretary of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee,met with Li Dahong,Chairman of the Global Chinese Media Cooperation Organization,and several attending representatives in Changsha.Liu Hongbing,Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and Head of the Publicity Department,visited the hotel to meet and welcome more than80senior representatives of overseas Chinese-language media from five continents.

The interview event has specially launched the“Global Chinese Media Co-Creation Image of Hunan”campaign.During the event,each of the84Chinese-language media outlets will select one representative photograph,capturing their vision of“The Most Beautiful Hunan”through their lenses.After the event,these works will be released worldwide simultaneously through the extensive network of Ta Kung Wen Wei Media Group and the cooperation organization,covering five continents.

In his speech,Zhao Chengxin,Deputy Head of the Publicity Department of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee,Director of the Information Office of the Hunan Provincial Government,and Director of the Hunan Civilization Office,said that in recent years,Hunan has thoroughly implemented the important speeches and instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on Hunan’s work,accelerated the construction of the“Three Highs and Four News”blueprint,and launched a series of major reform and innovation measures to strive for a new chapter in Hunan’s modernization.In particular,the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and the Provincial Government proposed in2023the strategic goal of“building Changsha into a global R&D center city”and are making every effort to create a highland of scientific and technological innovation with core competitiveness.As of May this year,the total number of R&D institutions in Changsha reached3,823,with1,796newly added since September2023,nearly doubling;the number of national-level innovation platforms reached152,up25%;in2024,Changsha rose to23rd in the global scientific research city rankings,up9and11places respectively compared to the previous year;and its comprehensive ranking as a national innovative city jumped to9th in China,achieving its best result in history.

Zhao Chengxin stated that overseas Chinese-language media are distributed around the world,with extensive networks and information channels,serving as a bridge connecting Chinese communities globally.They are an important platform for telling Hunan’s story and a vital force in advancing the“Three Highs and Four News”blueprint of Hunan.He expressed hope that this interview event would rally overseas Chinese media to support Hunan’s high-quality development,using international perspectives,vivid writing,and captivating images to comprehensively showcase Hunan’s progress in building a global R&D center and a hub for student entrepreneurship,further enhancing Hunan’s reputation and influence at home and abroad.

Li Dahong,Chairman of the Global Chinese Media Cooperation Organization and Chairman of Ta Kung Wen Wei Media Group,stated in his speech that the organization will unite its member media to actively voice the close connection between China’s rise and global development,turning the concept of“great harmony”into a shared consensus among peoples worldwide,and jointly amplifying China’s voice in international communication.Addressing the new historical mission entrusted to overseas Chinese media in the new era,Li Dahong shared three approaches to conveying the wisdom of“Why China”to the world:first,“Uphold Integrity and Innovation to Inherit Cultural Continuity”–making telling China’s story the shared mission of Chinese media;second,“Advance Together to Promote Development”–making the expansion of channels for civilizational exchange the common pursuit of Chinese media;and third,“One World,One Family for Great Harmony”–making the realization of a community with a shared future for mankind the shared aspiration of Chinese media.

Li Dahong noted that this year marks the80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People’s War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War.During the nation’s time of peril,overseas Chinese media courageously reported China’s resistance to the world,telling the story of the Chinese nation’s indomitable spirit.Today,as we carry the torch of history forward,we must continue to preserve the red memory and convey the spirit of resistance.With more vivid narratives and innovative forms,we must help younger generations understand history,remember our original aspiration,and communicate China’s respect for history and love of peace to the world.He emphasized that Ta Kung Wen Wei Media Group and the Global Chinese Media Cooperation Organization are willing to take this Hunan annual conference as a new starting point to engage in deep exchanges and cooperation with Hunan,to maintain regular interactions,and to jointly promote cultural communication and mutual learning,ensuring that every voice from Hunan and every story of China resonates across mountains and seas,leaving an enduring echo.

At the launch ceremony,Zhao Chengxin presented the flag to the interview delegation.From August26to30,the120representatives from the Global Chinese Media Cooperation Organization will visit Changsha,Yueyang,Zhangjiajie,and other places to gain a close-up understanding of Hunan’s economic and social development,local customs,and historical traditions through tours,inspections,and on-site interviews.This interview event is hosted by the Publicity Department of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee and co-hosted by the Global Chinese Media Cooperation Organization and Ta Kung Wen Wei Media Group.
