Wei Tao Leads Guangxi Government Delegation to Vietnam and Attends Economic,Trade and Cultural Events
今年是中越建交75周年暨中越人文交流年。11月25日至27日，广西壮族自治区主席韦韬率广西政府代表团访问越南，拜会越南领导人，与越南有关部门、省市举行工作会谈，出席2025中国（广西）—越南经贸合作对接等活动，从地方层面贯彻落实习近平总书记同越南党和国家领导人达成的重要共识，深化与越南各领域友好交流和务实合作，更好服务构建具有战略意义的中越命运共同体。
This year marks the75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Vietnam and the China–Vietnam Year of People-to-People Exchanges.From November25to27,Wei Tao,Chairman of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,led a Guangxi government delegation to Vietnam.He paid courtesy calls on Vietnamese leaders,held meetings with relevant ministries,provinces and cities,and attended the2025China(Guangxi)–Vietnam Economic and Trade Cooperation Matchmaking Event.The visit aimed to implement at the local level the important consensus reached between General Secretary Xi Jinping and Vietnamese Party and state leaders,deepen friendly exchanges and practical cooperation in various fields,and contribute to building a China–Vietnam community with a shared future of strategic significance.
访问期间，越南总理范明政与代表团举行了工作会谈。越共中央书记处书记、外交部部长黎怀忠会见了代表团。越方领导人指出，巩固和发展对华友好关系始终是越南对外政策的一贯主张、客观要求、战略选择和头等优先，称赞广西在越中关系中具有特殊地位和重要作用。越南与广西山水相连，友好交往源远流长，交流合作密切。今年以来，广西党政主要负责同志先后率团访越，充分体现了广西对深化与越南各领域合作的高度重视。越南各部委、省市要同广西落实两党两国领导人达成的重要共识和两国《联合声明》，进一步提升政治互信，加强战略对接，积极主动开展经贸投资、互联互通以及人工智能、数字经济、绿色发展、清洁能源等新兴领域务实合作，深化越南五省市与广西党委书记新春会晤和联工委会晤机制，加强人文交流，携手构建具有战略意义的越中命运共同体，为地区和平与繁荣作出积极贡献。
During the visit,Prime Minister Pham Minh Chính held working talks with the delegation.Le Hoai Trung,Secretary of the Secretariat of the CPV Central Committee and Minister of Foreign Affairs,also met with the delegation.Vietnamese leaders stressed that consolidating and developing friendly relations with China has always been Vietnam’s consistent policy,objective requirement,strategic choice,and top priority.They praised Guangxi’s special status and important role in Vietnam–China relations.Vietnam and Guangxi share mountains and rivers and enjoy long-standing friendship and close cooperation.Since the start of this year,top Guangxi Party and government officials have visited Vietnam successively,demonstrating Guangxi’s strong commitment to deepening cooperation with Vietnam.Vietnamese ministries,provinces and cities were urged to work with Guangxi to implement the important consensus of both Parties and both countries and the China–Vietnam Joint Statement,further enhance political mutual trust,strengthen strategic alignment,and promote practical cooperation in trade,investment,connectivity,artificial intelligence,digital economy,green development,clean energy and other emerging fields.Both sides should also deepen mechanisms such as the Spring Meeting between Guangxi Party Secretary and Leaders of Five Vietnamese Provinces and the Joint Working Committee Meeting,strengthen people-to-people exchanges,and jointly build a China–Vietnam community with a shared future of strategic significance,contributing to regional peace and prosperity.
韦韬诚挚祝贺近年来越南经济社会发展取得的一系列成就，对近期越南多地因遭受台风洪涝灾害造成人员伤亡和财产损失表示深切慰问。他说，中越两国是山水相连的社会主义邻邦，广西与越南友好交流源远流长，各领域务实合作取得积极进展。
Wei Tao congratulated Vietnam on its significant economic and social achievements in recent years and expressed deep sympathy for the casualties and property losses caused by recent typhoons and floods in several regions of Vietnam.He noted that China and Vietnam are socialist neighbors connected by mountains and rivers,and Guangxi has maintained long-standing friendly exchanges with Vietnam,achieving steady progress in practical cooperation across various fields.
明年是对中越两党两国各自发展具有关键意义的一年。中国将进入“十五五”开局之年，越南将迎来越共十四大召开。经过多年厚积薄发，广西正迎来历史最好发展时期，将认真落实两党两国领导人达成的重要共识以及中越《联合声明》，聚焦中越关系“六个更”总体目标，从地方层面不断深化同越南各领域友好交流合作，加快基础设施互联互通，提升跨境运输效率，深化人工智能领域合作，携手开展跨境产业合作和文旅、卫生、友城、安全等领域交流合作，为服务构建具有战略意义的中越命运共同体贡献广西力量。
Next year will be of critical significance for the development of both Parties and both countries.China will enter the first year of its15th Five-Year Plan,while Vietnam will convene its14th National Party Congress.After years of steady development,Guangxi is entering its best historical period.Guangxi will faithfully implement the important consensus of the leaders of the two Parties and states and the China–Vietnam Joint Statement,focus on the“Six Greater Goals”of China–Vietnam cooperation,continue to deepen friendly exchanges with Vietnam at the local level,accelerate infrastructure connectivity,improve cross-border transport efficiency,deepen cooperation in artificial intelligence,and jointly advance cross-border industrial cooperation as well as exchanges in culture,tourism,health,sister cities and security—contributing Guangxi’s strength to building a China–Vietnam community with a shared future of strategic significance.
在越期间，代表团会见了越南工贸部部长阮鸿延、建设部部长陈红明以及谅山省委书记黄国庆、人委会主席阮景全，海防市人委会主席黎玉州，太原省人委会主席王国俊，就深化人工智能、经贸投资、文化旅游、教育培训、科技创新等合作交换意见。
During the visit,the delegation met with Nguyen Hong Dien,Minister of Industry and Trade;Nguyen Thanh Nghi,Minister of Construction;Hoang Quoc Viet,Secretary of the Lang Son Provincial Party Committee,and Chairman of the People’s Committee Nguyen Quoc Toan;Le Anh Quan,Chairman of the Haiphong People’s Committee;and Vuong Quoc Tuan,Chairman of the Thai Nguyen People’s Committee.They exchanged views on deepening cooperation in artificial intelligence,trade and investment,culture and tourism,education and training,and technological innovation.
大家一致表示，广西在中越关系和友好交往中具有特殊重要地位，在双方贸易、互联互通、产业链供应链合作等方面显示出巨大发展潜力，深化桂越合作前景光明、未来可期。
All parties agreed that Guangxi holds a special and important position in Vietnam–China relations and demonstrates great potential in bilateral trade,connectivity,and industrial and supply chain cooperation.The prospects for Guangxi–Vietnam cooperation are bright and promising.
将在两党两国领导人战略引领下，落实好两国关于共建“一带一路”与“两廊一圈”框架对接的合作规划，加强产业链供应链合作，拓展人工智能、智慧口岸、教育培训、文化旅游等领域交流合作，推动区域繁荣发展、更好造福两地人民。
Under the strategic guidance of the leaders of both Parties and countries,both sides will implement cooperation plans aligning the Belt and Road Initiative with Vietnam’s“Two Corridors and One Belt,”strengthen industrial and supply chain cooperation,expand collaboration in AI,smart ports,education and cultural tourism,and contribute to regional prosperity for the benefit of people on both sides.
代表团在越期间还出席广西文化旅游科技周启动仪式，参观“胡志明主席与广西”图片展、AI智能互动体验区和非遗美食展，并与越南留学生代表交流互动。
The delegation attended the opening ceremony of the Guangxi Culture,Tourism and Technology Week,visited the photo exhibition“President Ho Chi Minh and Guangxi,”experienced AI interactive displays,viewed intangible cultural heritage food exhibits,and interacted with Vietnamese students.
他们还出席2025中国（广西）—越南经贸合作对接活动，以中国—东盟自贸区3.0版升级议定书签署为契机，在“共享区域统一大市场，共建高效便捷畅通的产业链供应链”主题下，推动中越智慧口岸和跨境经济合作区建设，并推动人工智能国际合作。
They also attended the2025China(Guangxi)–Vietnam Economic and Trade Cooperation Matchmaking Event,using the signing of the upgraded China–ASEAN FTA3.0Agreement as an opportunity.Under the theme“Sharing a Unified Regional Market,Co-building Efficient and Unimpeded Industrial and Supply Chains,”they promoted the development of China–Vietnam smart ports,cross-border economic cooperation zones,and international cooperation in artificial intelligence.
代表团还见证北部湾港—海防港烟花精品航线首航、中越友谊关—友谊智慧口岸货运专用车道工程竣工，以及多项中越电子信息产业园建设合作协议签署。
The delegation also witnessed the maiden voyage of the Beibu Gulf Port–Haiphong Port Fireworks Premium Shipping Route,the completion of the dedicated freight lane of the China–Vietnam Youyi Pass Smart Port,and the signing of several cooperation agreements for building the China–Vietnam Electronic Information Industrial Park.
代表团瞻仰了胡志明陵并敬献花圈，参观胡志明博物馆和故居，深切怀念中国人民的亲密朋友胡志明主席，赓续中越传统友谊。
The delegation paid respects at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum,laid wreaths,and visited the Ho Chi Minh Museum and his former residence,expressing deep remembrance of President Ho Chi Minh—a close friend of the Chinese people—and carrying forward the traditional China–Vietnam friendship.
